We had fun fishing. We would have liked to move a little more when the fishing was slow. We did catch fish and the kids had a great time on their first ocean fishing trip. The boat has an open galley so when ever you are hungry you can go in and buy some fresh food off the grill. That... More

The trip was good but the fishing was poor. The crew tried different locations but the fish just weren't biting.

Booked a 1.5day fishing trip on the Oceanside 95. Captain very knowledgeable and aggressive in finding fish. Our trip was very successful with the entire boat limiting out on Yellowtail with some yellow fin tuna and a dorado also caught. The crew, while young, was excellent and helped both myself and 13yr old son get in on the action. Food... More

It was a beautiful day and the dolphin watching was cool. But the trip It was a bit disappointing because of the number of people on the boat. Everyone was fighting for spots at the back of the boat. There were unsupervised preteen boys who consistently got tangled with others. And a gentleman who had already caught his limit dominating... More

After boarding the boat, the captain, I think he was the captain, had not decided where to go to fish. We stopped at the bait barge so the so called crew could load live bait. We got back under way. At the harbor exit, while watching a couple of dolphins, the captain was still undecided as to where to go.... More

Went out with family today on the Electra, 1/2 day boat. Lots of nice scenery on the ride but no fish. Out of 36 or 37 anglers, no fish were caught on the first two stops. As far as the anglers around us, no one even got a bite. The last stop before returning back to port, a few people... More

Great trip with my 7 year old, crew was very informative and attentive. We are not expert fishermen and had all the support we needed with the poles, bait and unhooking fish. My 7 yr old loved it so much we booked an overnight trip days later. Special shout out to Nacho- those burgers at sea rock!

This is the place for great deep sea fishing. Were from the area and enjoy going with our Grandson who is 12 and he's going to carry on the tradition. Yes, we catch fish and it's fantastic and so are the crew!

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and I went on a whale watching tour. We checked in at the store, and were on the boat on time! Staff was courteous and friendly! We set out for our excursion... After getting out on the ocean, we heard the captain say another ship had detected a large pod of dolphin. We were cruising to... More

A brilliant way to spend the last day of 2015. In late December, the weather in southern CA is still very warm and pleasant and California Gray whales are making their way south. The captain and the crew were professional and considerate to these majestic animals. We saw at least four individual whales and got as close to them as... More
