With literally hundreds of wineries here how does one choose? Mondavi is well known for its wide range of quality from supermarket to superprice and so we pulled off the road to visit. Pleasant surroundings with lots to offer. We chose our own walking tour...More

We had a guided tour of the winery and production area. Tasted different kinds of wine produced by Mondavi. The winery is in a beautiful setting and the production areas are very clean and impressive. Wine quality is good

This place is one of the biggest and oldest wineries/vineyards in Napa. We started our trip here and I'd highly recommend that - you don't only learn about their wine but also the region as a whole so it gives you a better idea as...More

One of the first Napa vineyards, and a name we all know! You simply cannot go to Napa and not stop to pay homage to where it all started! Unfortunately, we did not have time for the tour (next time), but the tasting room was...More

Probably the prettiest grounds in Napa. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Once we arrived at the tasting room the information was about the wines, light but still informative. We thoughly enjoyed this stop on our tour.

The Napa valley seems significantly more crowded than the Sonoma valley. Mondavi was our last stop of our week long trip. The grounds are beautiful, we did not do a full tasting but got some glasses and enjoyed the patio area. A nice place to...More

This was our first visit to a winery on our Napa trip. We were spoiled by it and none of the other wineries measured up! Our host, Eric, was so wonderful and really knew his stuff. They are NOT wine snobs here and go out...More

The Robert Mondavi story is of a man who had a dream and lived it. He knew Nappa had the right soil and growing conditions of warm days and cool nights to make a juicy grape. He perfected his vines and turned his dream into...More

We took the signature tour and it was great! This is a large facility compared with many of the other wineries we saw in Napa - so touring it and getting to see the barrels and back rooms was really interesting. It was raining most...More

No, it was not a bad experience at all. It just wasn't as great as some of the smaller wineries we visited. I'm not sure what you think they wouldn't sell me. I would have to go back to the review. Their gift shop was... More
