If you want to buy fresh fruits and vegtables for very reasonable price, go to the market place. Also nice handicraft at very affordable price.

Fresh produce looks really good in Rodrigues..much better than Mauritius.Also,small stalls put up by the artisans are interesting . limited choice of stuff but not bad for a small island...pickles especially lemon n chutneys especially pimmet n honey especially spiced are supposed to be hot...More
