Wonderful three day, three park tour.

Three day Yosemite, Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks van tour from pickup at Best Western Hotel Fresno Airport, May 27, 28, 29. Perfect weather. Limited crowds May 27, 28, (weekdays). More congested May 29, (weekend). Two vehicles...big black bus/van first day and regular van second and third day. Lots of driving on switch back mountain roads. Black bus/van AC didn't work and it was hot and sweaty and very uncomfortable...13 people. Regular van had good AC and 6 people Friday and 2 of us Saturday. Ron was our driver/guide and he was wonderful. He grew up near the parks and they were his "backyard". He knew the best places for photographs and was an excellent driver. Overall I'd rate this as an excellent tour. Mariposa Grove was only open to folks willing to hike 2 miles in and 2 miles out. Parking for Yosemite upper and lower falls was 700 yards away. Too far away for us. Glacier Point, Tunnel View, Yosemite Valley were all magnificent. We liked Sequoia the most.

Great tour . Highly recommend. Our guide, Mr. Brian, was super informative, armchair historian about the area . Picked us up on time at the Rush Creek Lodge . There is a premium for the pick up but it’s worth it . You can custom tailor your itinerary to your needs . Definitely use those folks again .

Great Tour of Yosemite!

My wife and I have done a lot of tours and Juli, our driver and tour guide, was in the top one or two. We were apprehensive about being in a van with 6 other people we didn't know for nine hours (they were great), but this trip was well worth it. Juli was the best driver down those very curvy roads (my wife is usually car-sick in the first 30 minutes- but even she liked it). We received a very good cross section of the highlights of Yosemite. The highlight for me was seeing the climbers on El Capitan (Juli had binoculars!). For my wife, it was the view from Glacier Point. The next day we hiked 4 miles up to Nevada Falls and then saw the sequoias at Mariposa Grove- all at Juli's recommendation. Highly recommend this tour...especially early in your visit to Yosemite.

Fun day in Yosemite

Our day started out with Jenée from Crossroads picking us up from our hotel in Oakhurst. As we were traveling to the park, Jenée outline the places that we were going visit within the park. The weather that day was not very favorable, so there were a couple of areas we were not able to visit because of the roads being closed. The areas that she did take us to see were amazing! She was very knowledgeable of the history of the park and very personable. She also was a great driver on those wet winding roads! We enjoyed our day visit in Yosemite and Jenée was great!

Highly unprofessional, late and failed to give true ETA

I contracted with Crossroads Tours for a transfer from my hotel to the Fresno airport. My pick up time was 7:45AM. At 7:55, I called and I was informed that the driver was on his way and would be there momentarily. Several calls were made to Crossroads and each time they said the driver would be there momentarily. The driver was 35 minutes late and drove like a mad man. Not only did I nearly miss my flight, but I had to contend with seriously poor driving because this company did not keep their word. I cannot state strongly enough to everyone to not use this company. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and ARROGANT.

Big joke

18 hours prior scheduled pickup, the tour was cancelled since not enough number of customers.
This is very bad business approach , no good profit - no tour.
Keep in mind that once booking, they can ruin your trip plans with no explanation.
Hope there are more reasonable tour operators in the area. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Not sure what happened to your tour. We have conducted tour for even one person at times. If you booked last minute and if were unable to accommodate you, we owe you an apology. We hope you were able to visit Yosemite and had a good time.

Forgot Reservation & Horrible Customer Service

Booked a transfer from Oakhurst to Fresno airport 2 weeks in advance. They completely forgot about the reservation. After numerous calls and texts they showed up 35 minutes late and the passenger barely made the flight. After contacting them to get a partial refund, they blocked me. I reached out to them from a different phone number and the owner Ramesh Gurnani said "F*ck off you piece of sh*t". Words cannot explain how terrible this company and its ownership are. DO NOT USE!

Excellent Central California national parks tour!

We had a most excellent and memorable experience on the Triple Crown Jewels tour from Crossroads Tours. Many thanks to the staff of Crossroads Tours most especially to Ram, Sarah and Katie. Many thanks to our very knowledgeable guide Joe on the Yosemite National Park tour and many, many thanks to Ron, who professionally, expertly and most graciously guided us through Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park. Ron had made our trip a most enjoyable one.

Great experience with Crossroad Tours!

This was our first time visiting Yosemite and it was stunning. We were there to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday and wanted to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. I don’t know if the day could have been any better and that was due to Crossroads Tours. The vehicle was immaculate and on time. I can’t say enough nice things about our host and driver, Rob. His knowledge was excellent and he did a great job making it enjoyable for our 11 year old. If you can request a driver, you won’t do much better. Thanks for making it such a memorable adventure!

Amazing Enjoyable Valley Tour

Fantastic experience! The trip along with hotel pickup was smooth and timely. Yosemite valley is spectatular in spring and Crossroads made it even more enjoyable. The guide Ms.Julie was knowledgeable and witty. She ran the tour well organized and made every moment insightful. I definitely recommend Crossroads for the valley tour and will call them next time I visit !
