Nice spot to enjoy a walk and some people watching. Not much else of interest here for me just your typical beach souvenir shops and restaurants.

Lots to do and see here. Shops, places to eat from fancy to casual. The Fun Zone with rides and arcades. Boat rentals. Ride the Ferry that goes across the bay to the Island and do some shopping.

We went here at a Sunday afternoon in April, the beach is clean, not crowed, has lots palm trees and beautiful beach houses, it's very relaxing riding a bike at the beachside, you can also take boat for whale watching here.

Small village with plenty of shops and restaurants. Good place to go for a walk and see beautiful homes. Parking is sometimes difficult to find even during winter time.

Go to the Balboa Village when you go to the Balboa Beach areas. Such beautiful walks and things to see and do. I love the beach, and the little village is amazing.
