I had people tell me about this course. It was a bit expensive for me, as I do not usually spend $300+ on a round of golf, but oh my good was it totally worth playing here. The course was in great condition, there was a cool breeze from the ocean the entire round. We played the South Course and... More

We played the Ocean Course and the greens were in great shape. Don Bren is the master at making a resort first class. Great staff

Frankly it is fairly expensive to play but it is a mystery to me why a golf course even exists that close to the beach sitting on a billion dollars worth of real estate. The back to back par threes are interesting and pretty magic. There are many views of the ocean perhaps more than any course I have played... More

This is always one of my favorite courses and if you really want to figure out how to putt with the ocean that close you must have a caddy with you. There are several tricky holes where you must lay up to the shoot over the ravine and if you were on your own you will not know that. I've... More

I have reviewed Pelican Hill Golf Club several times. So this sound old and tired to some.....I never get tired of coming here. I really feel like I belong to a private club that has wonderful views of the ocean from nearly every hole. The staff at the pro shop as well as on the range are great. Everyone is... More

This is my second time playing Pelican Hill. The first visit was 3 years ago and that time I would have given 5 stars; the course was immaculate. This time (2/29/2016) was a complete disappointment. I took my husband and father for their birthdays and dropped almost $1,000 on a round of golf. For $300 a round, I expect near-perfection.... More

Our foursome played both courses last week and were delighted with the facility. The views on both are postcard perfect and the conditions of both courses was impeccable. i have played many great courses in the US and Pelican Hill stacks up with the very best of them. Can't wait to return.

We were staying at the Marriott just across the street they highly recommended we play here! They didn't steer us wrong, from when we drove up til we left nothing but first class service. The wives road along cause we heard the course was so beautiful, we weren't steered wrong, gorgeous! Course was in great condition, had the course to... More
