My daughter and I booked this on the fly and was pleasantly surprised. I left a message the evening before and they called me back within the hour and booked our reservation for the next morning. They gave me the groupon price w/o going thru them. Would definitely do again. I had a full body massage, aromatherapy, hot stones (which was so nice!) and foot reflexology. My favorite part was the hot stones, this was the first experience w/ that.

If you've "done" the wineries and ate yourself into oblivion, then you're ready for this place! My husband was trying to make me happy after all the wine tasting so he brought me here. Wow! I had the best message I've ever had. The massage beds were incredibly comfortable. My husband fell asleep. They said they were "custom." They added all kinds of little extras during the massage that just made me feel like royalty. Even the massage oil they use is special--it's coconut, very silky and velvety. I strongly recommend this place if you need to TOTALLY relax (and who doesn't these days?)

Wonderful spa - it is very nice, clean, cozy and comfortable. We booked a couples massage to end our weekend getaway in wine country and had the most amazing experience. Both massage therapists Debbie and Sarah were absolutely fantastic and customized the massage based on our problem areas. I would HIGHLY recommend this SPA and all services they provide.

Yeah not great. I bought the groupon for individual massage and facial. FYI 15% tip is required at checkout.

When I first walked in I was handed a contact information sheet without even a rudimentary greeting. I was quickly ushered into a room and told to take my clothes off and lay face down on the massage table.

The massage therapist walked in and immediately started the massage without uttering a word. I was expecting a consultation like usual massages where the massage therapist 1. Introduces herself 2. Asks about areas of focus 3. Asks preference of pressure.

The atmosphere, staff, and pre-massage was subpar, but the actual massage was awful. Some thoughts that ran through my head during the massage included:
"Is this woman even a licensed massage therapist?"
"Is she texting or looking at her phone?"
"Ouch my arm numb is she going to move to a different location?!"
"Why does the pressure feel like baby hands and other times it feels like tiny daggers?"

Overall a massage is supposed to be a special treat to enhance your physical and mental health. It was not relaxing, not enjoyable, and a waste of money.

This place is a scam, especially after reading other people's reviews and their similar experiences.

Here is what I will tell you . This place will try and upgrade your massage and make you pay more for a decent massage . I would consider this a rub down vs a real massage . The atmosphere is nice and the owner is nice as well . If you need a real massage , look elsewhere .

To start we scheduled well in advance and couldn't get anytime except 9 in the morning. Since we don't live close that was stressful. When we got there, we thought we had scheduled an appointment for two people, but the manager claimed the appointment was only for one. We asked to reschedule and they said if we did we would have to pay for the scheduled appointment anyway. So my husband had to sit and wait. Then to add insult to injury the manager insulted my husband’s intelligence when it was her company that made the scheduling mistake. They also demand a generous gratuity. Tips are voluntary based on happiness with the service, a mandatory charge is a service fee. The massage was not fantastic either, she spent less than a minute on my feet and never went near my low back, two places I think are important in a massage. I've gotten far better massages for a lot less money and with better customer service. This place is a rip off and they have shady practices.

Sarah and Debra were absolutely wonderful today for our couple's massage. Very attentive to health issues and problem areas. So glad we found them online. They have moved to a new location at 1830B Soscol Ave in Napa. Calming decor. We would definitely do this again on our next trip to Napa.

Skip the luxury hotel spas. This place is in a simple office park in a cozy little office. However, you will get a custom massage, done on a custom table that is the most comfortable table I have ever been on, soft everywhere you touch, including the hole your face goes in to. Have Debbie or Sarah do your massage. Pay for the deep tissue, they are skilled to do this without hurting you. Most masseuse's think deep tissue means dig your elbows in to the back as hard as you can. Not here, here you get the trouble areas worked skillfully until they cease to be a trouble area. We just had a massage in one of the most expensive spas in the world, it was nowhere near the quality. The price is more than fair and the experience is...world class. Go there!

We were visiting the wine country celebrating my friend's birthday. I wanted to surprise her with a massage. While researching I came across this place on Groupon and saw it had great reviews. So I called to see if they could accommodate us at the same time and they did. We were serviced by Debbie and Sarah and the experience was wonderful! The facility was fresh and clean. We felt very comfortable. The price was unbelievable. I was really happy that the quality of our services had not been compromised by the generous Groupon offer. My friend was thrilled with her massage and facial. I went for the hot stone massage with an upgrade( only $10) for deep tissue. Note- If you contact them directly, they will offer you the discounted price same as the Groupon. (Groupon take a fee from them). I figure, at least let them at least benefit from their hard work. We were happy campers!

We found this place on group on. Great deal, we added the facial and hot rock massage to our package as well. We were greeted by a friendly lady who offered us tea and water. Our yin and yang, side by side, couples massage we amazing!! 80 minutes. We will be back.
