We showed up with nine people and they didn't skip a beat. The staff was fun, friendly, and knowledgable (special shout out to Kyle!). They helped us order food from a nearby restaurant, poured wine, talked to us about why the wine was special, and generally made our afternoon into a party.

This is the jewel of napa valley wine tasting,
We live in the napa valley and have been to many wineries in napa and sonoma county over the years. There are a lot of good wineries I could list for a verity of different aspects, some have beautiful views, others have cave tours, some our world famous wines. This is more of a tasting room with a classy atmosphere, and in our opinion some of the very best wine in napa valley, and a wonderful location in downtown napa. Its next to a italian restaurant called Oenotri which you can order from at purecru. The food is second to none, you'll love it. We use to have wine club memberships with several wineries over the years but we left them because all of the wines here are awesome.
Mitch Cosentino the wine maker is the best at what he does, make the very best wine.
So if you are a wine lover, this is the place to to go. And yes,... we are PureCru wine club members for life.......

My wife and I stopped by to say hello to Mitch Cosentino, the owner. While we waited for him to get in, we had great conversation the the staff there. We tasted a new wine of limited production, and it was delicious so we ordered a few bottles to be shipped to our home.
Mitch arrived and we talked more about the wines and the local wine business.
It was nice to see Mitch and for him to take time out of his day to come in and say hello.
The PureCru winery is located in downtown Napa and highly recommended.

Great tasting, I recommend Flight 3 of which the 2006 PureCoz was my favorite. Very intimate setting and excellent service.

After countless visits to this establishment - I'm finally getting to this review!

PureCru is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Napa. It's right by the Andaz hotel and well known Oenotri Italian restaurant. The staff is friendly, but not snooty; while the ambiance feels classy! The tasting room manager Steve is extremely knowledgeable and has provided nothing but top notch service each and every time we have visited. He treats guests with respect, regardless of their experience with wine. He seems to understand that not everyone has the same likes and/or budgets. One thing that sets him apart from other tasting rooms is that he always remembers us. He has often provided us with menus from Oenitri and seconds as a top notch server while we munch on pizzas as he explains the wines.

I'm not sure how many people they have, but it appears to be a smaller, warm staff than the busier, more popular tourist stops. You might be surprised to walk in to be greeted by the darling and enthusiastic Abigail, who is simply fun to talk to! In spite of hardly looking old enough to drink the wines, she's actually very well informed of what she pours and has provided us with a comfortable tasting experience.

If you are fortunate enough to bump into the self-taught winemaker Mitch Cosentino, who formerly owned "Cosentino" winery - Like fine wine, he's gotten even better with age if that's possible as he has reinvented himself with the launch of this new wine brand. He now specializes in small quantities of unique blends and will tell you himself that the direction and the style of these wines are different from his original Cosentino in terms of concept. The focus is more sharply etched. But don't let the sound of fancy boutique wine prices scare you off! They've got plenty of wines at reasonable prices. I've taken advantage of steeply discounted cases for under $100. Mitch appears shy and is a bit quirky; even somewhat clumsy on the computer, but in reality is a modest man with a plethora of experience. He will sign a bottle or allow you a selfie with him and is simply quite kind.

Try his wines! You won't regret it!

We usually visit here the first night in town. It's a great place to have a couple of nice glasses of wine and chat with our friends. They have a 100% petit Verdot that is excellent. Food is delivered from the restaurant next door.

We stopped at this place a few times during our stay in Napa in early April 2015. We really enjoyed talking to Jose. He was very personable and informative about the wines, which were very good. It's located in downtown Napa and was walkable from our hotel, which made it nice. Thanks for taking care of us!

My husband had to watch the Chicago Blackhawks game and found this small place with a TV. Ended up spending a great evening there tasting their delicious wine flights. And they even let your order food from near by restaurants. Great experience!

Went here with our Wine Tasting Card (available at visitor centre, gives discount for tastings). It's a nice quiet place with great wines. We tasted three of their wines in comfortable chairs and a cozy atmosphere. The manager could tell things about the wine and we could see he loved it too. We had a nice talk with him and his girlfriend.
