We are a couples spa in the heart of the historical district of downtown Napa. We offer high quality spa treatments with only the purest ingredients and the best practitioners in the Napa Valley. Treatments including: massage, deep tissue, hot stones, body scrubs, body masks & eyelash extensions. We can accommodate 7 clients at a time for spa parties- excellent for bridal get togethers before the event, birthdays and baby showers. Walking distance to many fine hotels, b&b's, wine tasting and shopping. We offer instant gift certificates on our website. We look forward to hosting you.

My husband and I came to Napa for a weekend getaway, we are all about supporting local businesses so we made an appointment for a couples massage. The lady that greeted us couldn't have been nicer, I can't remember her name but she was warm and cheery. We fully enjoyed our massages and they are reasonably priced, we would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I agree that the couples massage we had at NVMW was among the best we have ever had, anywhere. We are both very tight in our neck and shoulders from desk-based computer work and the trigger-point therapy was a miracle! Both our therapists adjusted pressure to our comfort level. We will be back!

The facialist Chepina was welcoming, gracious, organized and very, very skilled — hand motions very delicate yet thorough! The venue is charming old Victorian with interesting and pulled-together decor. The products used seemed pure and the scents were lovely and not overpowering. Very relaxing arm and hand massage, too. 5 stars!!

This was one of the best massages I've ever had! My husband and I called just one day prior hoping to find an appointment and by some miracle, we got in. It was serene and peaceful; the therapists were both professional and did a wonderful job. I've had a lot of massages, and this ranks up near the top. Well done.

Not so great experience. Great masseuse horrible payment/cancellation policy. You all charged my card prior to me checking out and choosing my own form of payment. 2 of the 4 people in my group could make their reservation because of the Louisiana hurricanes but there was no compromise made at all. Didn’t even offer to charge half of the unforeseen, uncontrollable cancellation fee or offer to come back to get the services that we were charged for canceling. I will never come here again nor will I recommend this spa.

ABRA and Shana booked a party of 4 and were rude to us before walking in the door and your complaints will not sway my customers. We could tell before you came in that you were going to walk all over us. You were responsible for your parties charges. You booked 4 people. You can take it up with your friends who didn’t show up with you. Nikita is the manager, she does what I say. She was very nice to you. We charged you ahead of time because you told us you weren’t going to pay for your services you booked before you got your massage.
Our massages are great but don’t attempt to take advantage of a small business.

I thoroughly researched spas in the local area and after reading all the reviews, chose this spa. It was a great choice! April, the owner, took us in same day to accommodate our request. The place was clean with a nice ambiance just like the reviews I read. Her massage was amazing! My friend also got a great massage from Alfonso. We both had the $120 special for 100 min and it was well worth it. We both visit spas on a weekly basis so we know a great massage when we get one. We asked for a lunch place and a somewhere to get a haircut and both were spot on recommendations. Get a massage here and you will love it!

I have had several great massages at Napa Valley Massage & Wellness Spa and love the relaxing atmosphere. My most recent massage was with Amanda and I'm already looking forward to booking another appointment with her soon!

We booked a couples massage. It was one of the best we've ever had. The masseuses were wonderful. I highly recommend both of them. Their names are Chipina and Amber I loved the fact that there was no unnecessary talking so you could lose yourself in the moment. It was reasonably priced for the extended massage and the only thing that was negative is that it had to come to an end, If you're around Napa I highly recommend making an appointment (no walk ins). My wife says. "best massage I've ever received."

I have been going to this spa since it opened, actually, before April (who is a registered nurse) became an owner and working at other facilities in the valley. Her knowledge of massage therapy and professionalism is what has elevated her to successfully operate her own business. The spa is absolutely beautiful and decorated to perfection. Each room is comfortable, quiet, and perfectly lighted for treatments and her therapists are accommodating and genuinely seem to care. I have had long-term nerve damage in my head, neck, and shoulders and her deep tissue massages have been a lifesaver in helping me on my road to recovery and being able to function day to day. The pressure is always just the right amount and I leave feeling wonderfully relaxed, even falling asleep during treatments. Along with my regular massages, I also have been taking advantage of her facials and microdermabrasion with Chepina. I have had facials at other spas or while traveling but nothing compares to Chepina’s facials, its 60 minutes of pure bliss, plus an additional 15 for the microdermabrasion. My skin is perfect, no blemishes, and no visible pores. Being a local I also get a discount which helps since I am there at least once a month. It has been amazing to be able to age gracefully over the years with this spa.

Beware! I made an appointment for a couples massage package 6 weeks in advance as part of a Napa valley vacation for my wife. When we arrived at our appointed time we were told that they couldn't find our reservation and that there was nothing they could do. They explained that, "this has been happening a lot, there's something wrong with our reservation system."
We have had good experiences with several of the other spas in Napa. If you take a gamble on this business, prepare for disappointment.

We know that you feel angry about not receiving services at our location but you had the wrong location. We didnt have any wedding parties that day and you were not booked 6 weeks in advance and i talked to the staff and they never said that to you about ever having an issue with our reservation system. We send confirmation texts out the day before your treatments and did not send one to you. we understand your frustrations but you simply had the wrong location.
