Wow! Wow! Wow! This is all I can say about our A+ experience with Apex taking a private 6-hour limousine winery tour. It started with booking, which was extremely easy online, and when I needed to move our start time 30 minutes later, a simple call with a friendly staff member was all it took. I received a new confirmation with my correct time immediately.
The morning before our tour, I received a reminder email from Apex with all my booking details, confirming our pick up and drop off location followed by a phone call confirmation midday to find out the schedule we had planned. Because of COVID, we had to plan our own winery schedule and book them in advance, but I appreciated that Apex had sample itineraries where we could get ideas for wineries as well as timing.
Peter was awaiting us outside of our hotel 5 minutes before our scheduled start time and he really made our entire day wonderful and unforgettable! He was dressed to the 9's and had such a friendly and professional warmth about him. I can't imagine another chauffeur compared to him! His rules were awesome: let him open and close the doors for us! When we entered the gorgeous black limo that was exactly as I booked, Peter had plenty of room temperature and ice waters available to us, as well as a 7up, a beautiful bottle of bubbly and liquors to choose from along with several glasses and wine glasses. The car was immaculate. He showed us how to control temperature, use our bluetooth to play our own music (such a great feature), and control the shade for privacy or to speak to him.
He whisked us off to our first winery on perfect time and we always felt safe traveling with him. He was so wonderful with the staff at the wineries and even took the liberty of calling the second winery for us when we were going to be 10 minutes late. He also took lots of pictures of us at the limo and the wineries, and was so kind to tell each place we went to that we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary. We truly enjoyed our conversations with Peter and learning about his background, family and professional experiences. What a joy of an individual he is! When we had some time left after our last winery, Peter took us to the ice cream spot of our choice before we headed back to the hotel.
Honestly, we could not have asked for a more perfect way to spend the day in Napa with Peter and Apex Limousine Transportation. We would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a truly enjoyable experience!
