We seen Art Garfunkel on Friday night. The Uptown theater is an outstanding venue. Art's voice defiantly shows his age at 75. It was cool to see him. On Saturday we seen Get The Led Out. This is our 2nd time seeing them and they are outstanding. As to the staff in the Uptown I must say they are very... More

Attended the Dr John concert at the Uptown Theatre. First time visitor there. Not a bad seat in the house and prices for tickets were so low! Very convenient to have food & beverage available and drinks welcomed in the theatre. Great acoustics and art deco era. Will be back for another concert or event here!

This place is the crown jewel of theater redo projects. All of the seating is close enough to the stage to see everyone with ease. We sat next to the sound boards and were only 10 rows from the stage. There are two bars and a courtyard dining area attached to the theater. The bathrooms are spacious and the staff... More

Put ourselves on wait list for an 8pm show, and we got the call at 5pm that we had tickets for Brian Regan!! Such a great vintage theatre (seats 900) and comfy seats. We went back 2 nights later with friends to see Hotel California, an Eagles Tribute band. Check their website for upcoming shows... very impressive lineup of comedians,... More

This is a great venue for live entertainment and thankfully the prices are still really reasonable. I have been here for three concerts, the most recent one in May and you just cannot beat the acoustics. Every seat is good (provided they don't stand up to dance in the row - that is really annoying). The bathrooms and common areas... More

The last time I was in the Uptown Theater was in the 1980's, for $1.50 movies. It was Napa's bargain movie house, a rundown theater split into two (and later into 4 screens, I've heard). We attended a concert last weekend (Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues) and were absolutely go smacked by the restoration. The theater is gorgeous, with... More

The theater has various entertainers, from Western to Drums and Screamers. You can pick what you want to see and hear by going on line to their schedule. The accommodations are very nice and the seating comfortable. The sound system is adequate for any and all occasions. It you see a show you like, I would say take it in You... More

This theater built in 1937 has gone through several renovations and now is a music venue with no bad seats in the house. There is a bar in the lobby and a restaurant attached. We saw the iconic Marshall Tucker Band. Our first time for both and a Great Night.

We went to see a new (to us) group at a new (to us) venue, and it was totally wonderful. When can we go back! This theater is noted as a superior concert venue, and now we understand why. Their claim is there's not a bad seat in the house, and we found that to be true. The very last... More
