Went to the Chandon/ Hatcher winery on a day trip organized by the place we live in, Trilogy at the vineyards, the location is lovely, we tasted 8 wines, with lovely appetizers, all at a reasonable price, they served a very tasty lunch and dessert....More

Lovely small tasting room and grounds. Little patio area shaded with an arbor. Allows dogs inside tasting room. Excellent wines, especially the Chardonnay and Barbera.

Went to several wine tasting rooms while traveling in the "Gold Country." This room offered great wine choices and we purchased several bottles of Zinfandels. Good prices also. I liked walking around to the barrel area. Check this one out on your way to Murphy's...
