Ironstone Vineyards is a family-owned and operated winery that places as much emphasis on the natural beauty and history of our surroundings as we do on the quality of our wines. Located in Murphys, in the heart of the Sierra Foothills in California's scenic Gold Rush Country, Ironstone is a state-of-the-art wine production facility.

The winery was built in the style of a 19th century gold stamp mill and has antiques and gold mining artifacts on display throughout the facility. Ironstone offers a Tasting Room and Music Room, where you can find the fully restored Alhambra Theatre Pipe Organ. The facility also boasts Meeting and Banquet Facilities, an Outdoor Amphitheatre, Wine Aging Caverns and a Culinary Demonstration Kitchen. With fourteen acres of Spectacular Lakeside Gardens, you can choose your perfect Wedding Venue.

Ironstone's Heritage Museum is home to a 44 pound Crystalline Gold Leaf specimen, the largest in the world. The Heritage Jewelry Shoppe, located inside the Heritage Museum, offers visitors a unique opportunity to take home a piece of California's colorful history.

Beautiful location for a concert

Saw Peter Frampton and Lynyrd Skynyrd in concert. Beautiful location - a little louder than necessary, but still a wonderful evening.

Truly has a Zinfandel that comes from very old vines -- blackberry slight taste -- as for the reserve. Great place!

The grounds are amazing. The winds are excellent. and while we were there we saw Peter Framton and Lynard Skynard. What a great trip!!! even without the music this place is worth the visit. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great times!!

They get some great acts here, in a great setting. Lots of food choices, and lots of portapotties!!! The atmosphere is a great rustic country setting, perfect for an evening of food, wine and music!!!

I read a lot of reviews that were complaining about parking, sitting area, the lawn, etc so this was my first time there and I was a little curious about what we were walking into. So first it is gorgeous at Ironstone, second I couldn't believe how well everything was managed from the traffic, to entry, to the porta potties,... More

Fun place to attend a concert. Get-a-way to gold country & here some great tunes! Recommend that you stay at Jamestown Hotel if you can't get a place in Murphys. Get there early & be patient with the traffic leaving. It's fun!

We have visited numerous wineries and always received a tour with an explanation of how their wine is made. Not here. You either pay to taste a combination of six of the wines on their menu or you buy a bottle in which case the tasting is free. I liked the chenin blanc and the Pinot noir. There's a deli... More

This was my first concert at Ironstone, and I had heard the horror stories of parking and the narrow access roads, which make for lots of traffic. We did not experience any problems, and actually found it quite easy to exit back to Murphys. Timing is everything, I guess. We purchased seats rather than GA lawn seats, and a great... More

Saw Train in their amphitheater tonight. Band was great, the facility sucked! No traffics control, long lines just to get in and very marginal food in the overpriced buffet. They were under staffed and no one knew what they were doing. The parking lot which was packed had zero traffic control going out. It was a dusty nightmare that took... More
