This spa was incredible. Hands down the best massage and facial I have ever had, and I have visited many spas. There aren’t big spa spa amenities like a sauna or pools, but it doesn’t matter. Everything was great. Just a tip though, plan ahead and book an appointment when you know you are going. The spa mentioned they were receiving lots of calls from guests of the resort who were trying to get in and didn’t understand it’s a small spa with only a few technicians working at a time.

As an experienced world spa traveler, I'm always a bit hesitant to use resort spas because I haven't found the therapists are always the best. THIS IS SO NOT THAT EXPERIENCE! From the time my hubby and I walked into this cozy gem, I felt happy. From the magic lemon-cubed water (Mt. Shasta has the best in the world imho!) to the fireplace massage room, I was in heaven. The table is heated, the hot stones melted away stress like it was nothing, and Jennifer A. (aka The Knot Whisperer) used the stones so well I couldn't distinguish between those and her hands at times. Hot towels wrapped around my neck, my feet...and the Cocoanut Oil mixed with doTERRA oils. Oh my! Can hardly wait to go back!

I live in the area but had not gone to get a massage. the spa is very tranquil and nicely decorated reminiscent of spas in more urban areas. However, it is not over the top fancy. Anyway, I got a massage from Mathew. He did a very deep massage which was just what I needed. He also had a Native American twist in that he burned some root and used an eagle feather at one point. It really let go of some deep lactic acid I had stuck in my body. I was a little sore at first but I drank a lot of water and got it all out. I felt that I got a great healing!

As a Mt. Shasta local I have visited this spa many, many times. From manicures, to facials, to deep tissue back massages.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating! If you are sensitive during a massage they know just how to change it up to make you comfortable and relaxed. The owner is a Mt. Shasta local and loves the area and the people, which is encouraging to see!

I highly recommend you check them out next time you are in Mt. Shasta and are in need of some professional pampering.

Had a birthday manicure here. They have a great friendly staff, soothing environment, and provided a wonderful service to my abused gardener hands!

I went here for a facial. (Never had one before) Rebecca did a great job. She explained what she was doing and which products she was using. It was a very relaxing and peaceful environment. I would highly recommend!

Sacred Mountain Spa setting is in the woods near Lake Siskiyou. It is a very clean and professional spa. I had a pedicure, so I cannot comment on any other experience they offer there. The website is good, and they respond to your request immediately. It is in a quiet setting, beautifully appointed and professional care.

I had the best massage ever from Jennifer. I had been having pain in my right shoulder for two years after my dogs pulled me abruptly from the other end of their leases. Jennifer worked her magic and loosened up something in my shoulder. I've had better mobility in my arm ever since. She really knows what she's doing and having a massage in a room with a fireplace was a first for me. Then I enjoyed a great facial from Rebecca. I highly recommend both of them for your spa day. Thank you ladies for the very relaxing afternoon.

Moving to a new place always means finding new services with people you like and trust to do a great job. I love Sacred Mountain Spa - in it's original location and even better now at Mt. Shasta Resort. Staff is friendly and well trained, and you always feel welcome and pampered there. Now that they offer services to resort visitors as well, you can have spa services while on vacation. Love this place!
