We did the hike with 6 and 8 ur old kids, very shaded throughout the hike. Recommend bug repellant to avoid mosquitos. The waterfall loop trail has different points of interest, do pick up the trail guide with this info. Added the contour trail at end of waterfall trail to our hike and was a good activity overall.

A great way to spend a hot summer day in the cool shaded park hiking the trails some parts are a bit steep but not too strenuous. We did most of the waterfall loop. The falls are all small but pretty. It was a little bit hard to find because you have to drive through a private community to get... More

We are not hikers but needed to do something. We did the waterfall loop trail which is 1 mile long. Loved that it was completely shaded. There are 5 waterfalls and lots of creeks and bridges. Kids absolutely enjoyed, it's challenging for first timers like us but not at all difficult.

It is a nice place to hike, get out into nature, peaceful and serene. Hard to believe its not to far from the hustle and bustle.

A little out of the way, but what a find! Think you're in the lower Sierras! Beautiful hike with a few steep places, but worth the walk. Enjoyed this for something a little different.

I love the trails in this park. If you're a hiker, don't miss this one! Good open areas and lots of shady parts of the trails. Good for whatever level of hiker you are.

We're always trying ti find great hikes within a 2 hour drive of the peninsula. This was definitely a surprise! I would highly recommend this hike to young families. The waterfalls and creek was still running strong the first week of April. The Waterfall Loop was scenic throughout as there were so many little waterfalls. A lot of the rocks... More

Uvas Canyon County Park is a beautiful park out in the middle of no where. To get there, you actually have to drive through a small, quaint Swedish Village. We visited in the early spring which was perfect for seeing many beautiful waterfalls on a short day hike.
