We went to the Highway 1 Games when we were visiting the Cannery Row area of Monterey. It has some fun arcade style games and some golfing. Its fun. Its not a larger style amuseument area, however, so I have rated it average.

When we travel we normally like to do miniature golf on one of our last nights. Ran into this place by accident strolling Cannery Row one evening. The miniature golf is a 9 hole indoor, glow in the dark course. They give you 3-D glasses which is kind of cool but makes the golfing difficult. Doesn't take long to golf your way through the 9 holes and the cost for two of us was $18.00. A few gaming machines in the front of this place. I can see where it would be popular with kids during the summer months.

Went mid-July. Customer service was awful!!! Two very lazy girls just standing around doing nothing behind the counter, while guy (who was very slow) was running credit cards for mini golf. The mini golf was only 9 holes, and is over-priced. It was fun though. The 3D glasses and black light effects are crazy!

Embrace your inner kidult here with arcade game, mini golf, a mirror maze, and the laser thing (not sure what it's called). We went as a stop on our honeymoon road trip and had nothing but laughter through the entire excursion. Very fun!

Thank goodness we went with a groupon and didn't pay full price. This was the smallest 9 hole mini golf we've ever seen. The concept is fun and great if its cold and rainy outside. But inside it was claustrophobic. Only one person could even play the hole at a time. We couldn't see where the ball was supposed to go. Even though it only took a 1/2 hr to go through, we were glad when it was over.

Here's the skinny. It is 9 very short, uncomplicated holes at $1.00 per hole that took us 10 minutes to complete. I think $18 for 2 people for 10 minutes is way over priced. To me, that's throwing money away.

We stumbled upon this little spot on our way to the aquarium and had a great time playing games with our daughters. We had such a great time we came back the next day and played mini-golf, air hockey, ski-ball, and the motorcycle game. The service was outstanding, especially Leslie who went out of her way to see that our girls had a good time. We will definitely return soon!

This was a fab way to spend a hour!
The golf course is set out indoors with neon lights and no daylight! The place was well themed around Hollywood/movie/all American.
The place is compact so I am not sure how it would be if it was crowded, we were the only ones playing which was fab for us!!!
I loved this experience, especially as I won!!!!

We didn't keep score but just had fun getting our balls in the hole. The grandkids loved this. So did the adults.

I'm sorry to say we were super disappointed with this mini golf course. We had unlimited games and the kids did not even want to do it twice.

It is supposed to be 3D, but it is just super hard to see. The holes are very short, and just not very exciting.

We did not play any of the games in the arcade as they seemed expensive.

Save your money and go to the lazer challenge next door.
