Very cool drive!

It was very foggy, so we want to try again tomorrow! We loved seeing birds, squirrels otters, seals and big waves! The scenery is spectacular!

As you leave the Cannery Row area and the Monterey Bay Aquarium the road twists and turns along the coast until you come to the 17-Mile Drive. there is a small golf course along the way and be prepared to see many live deer in the area. The surf along this 17-mile Drive can be quite rugged along the rocky... More

We spent ages driving along the 17 mile drive. Stopped at loads of the lookout points and saw seals and sea otters along with great views and fabulous houses. Very popular route but not overly crowded. Got some great photos and ended the drive in Carmel. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect view of the California coastline. A bit windy, but the stunning Vistas, beautiful ocean and flowers along the way make this a must do in this area.

Driving today is such a chore... but..... to do this drive..... heaven. We had no issues... just the beauty of the sea and shore-side. Would we do it again.... YES! Don't be in a hurry, stop when you feel like it. A great experience.

This was a nice drive. However having justt driven down to Big Sur the drive was bit less impressive

Had a great 2 hours driving this route, definitely worth the $10 admission. Very pretty and scenic and we didn't find the route too crowded. Take time to stop at the Lone Cypress and Pebble Beach Golf Course which was very friendly and tourist friendly.

We were expecting so much of this after enjoying the amazing views of PCH and Big Sur for the first time in our lives. What an disappointment! I don't say the views weren't beautiful, but really... the fee?! To our taste there was way too much posh houses blocking the views. And however beautiful the golf courses are they are... More
