My boyfriend and I took the afternoon 3-hour tour to see the humpback whales. The seas that day were high and rough, and I always get sick on boats. Took us about 45 minutes at a fast pace to get out to the humpbacks. We saw at least 3 of them multiple times. The biologist on board gave a lot... More

If you love seeing dolphins and whales in their natural habitat, you will really be pleased with the 4-hour guided tour by boat into Monterey Bay. Perhaps we were lucky, but according to the company's facebook site, it is pretty common to have frequent spottings of both types of sea creatures. Today we were able to see two pods of... More

WOW! Such a fun experience. ALLOWS KIDS - We have 2 young kids (5 year old and 3 year old). Some of the other companies don't allow young kids on board so we went with this company as they did. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from staff inside - The lady at the front desk was so helpful and excellent customer service.... More

Let me tell you first off that I have been watching these guys on FB and Instagram for a couple of years in preparation for this trip. That might have been a bit of a mistake. The staff here is very friendly, they worked with our small group of 11 to get a slight discount, which we appreciated. Everyone was... More

First off, this is a good thing for you to take part in but please read on so you can see what happened to my wife and me on our outing. Any unpleasantness we experienced was not simply on the staff at the Whale Watch Center and we won't blame them for things beyond their control. The person working at... More

Perfect sized boat with great knowledgeable staff with their hearts in the right place and doing their job to raise conservation awareness rather than just cashing in on the natural surroundings. All in all super pleased and highly recommend!! :)

9 Humpbacks, large pods of dolphins, sea otters, etc. One of the highlights for me, was when the captain was moving the boat to a new location. We were doing 10 to 11 knots and a pod of dolphins were racing in our wake. Amazing sight. The narration is difficult to hear on the stern of the boat while underway.

Well organised with pleasant helpful people. One of the highlights of our holiday. 9am boat on a very sunny day we saw 11 No humpbacks, two schools of dolphins, seals and sea otters (the last two going in and out of harbour). We also saw countless sea birds including a massed frenzy of all sorts diving in the ocean for... More
