Ticketing logistics here are horrible. They make you buy your tickets at the refreshment concession, and you have to wait in a slow line while people are buying refreshments along with their movie tickets. They need to have a separate line just for tickets. We waited over 20 minutes on line today.....

I go here all the time to see popular blockbuster movies, such as Marvel films. Since there is only one theater, so there is only ever one movie playing at a time. The sound and picture quality is pretty good. There is parking in the garage across the street.

We came upon the theater by accident and decided to go ahead and watch a movie. It was pretty empty, perhaps because it was in the afternoon. Not sure. It was clean, the screen was huge. It had been many years since I had gone to an IMAX. This was an overall good experience and will be back.

This walking distance of Intercontinental Clement Hotel in Monterey! Reasonable as well! Child price of $6.50, think Adult is or was $9.50! Now getting this, figure this out! In the capitol town of California (that would be Sacra), child IMAX just for ticket is $14.50, what???? If they charging me $14.50, what they charging to Mommy and to Daddy???? Anyway,... More

Came upon the theater by accident and decided to see the 1 o'clock show in 3D. Only 6 people in the theater. The 2 employees were nice and eager to please. It's in the middle of all the Cannery Row busyness. Theater was very clean. The movie screen was good and the seats comfortable, but there was a smell that... More

We had a party of 6, paid about $70 for all and watched Oz in 3D. Liked the movie, liked the service.

It's a smaller IMAX, right in Cannery Row, close to everything. Many of the movies they present are about the ocean, environment & nature.

Went here to see the Avengers on its opening weekend. It's pretty small since there's only one theater, but the screen was large and the sound was great. The $15 I spent on the ticket was definitely worth it! If you order your tickets online, it really doesn't save any time to print them out. I printed out my ticket,... More

Great to view IMAX designed movies. Clean and kept up. Sometimes with off-peak deals.
