For the longest time, I have always wanted to learn how to Paddle Board. Paddle Method team both Tim and Natalia made it happen, their instructions are so detailed and jumping in with their coaching and guidance gave me the confidence. I will continue their courses and highly recommend them as it is convenient schedule and offer weekend classes all year long!

Our guide was very fun and polite. Did a great job of taking us through all the basics of paddle boarding and ensuring we all actually got the hang of it. Then we went on an animal filled paddle around the marina where he told stories about the various boats.

I have been to Paddle Method three times in as many years. I have done the SUP Basic twice and the 101 Morning Sea Lion lesson. I enjoyed all of them equally and plan on going back for more. Tim and Matt are clear and effective instructors. They are also kind and funny and honest about your skill level. They make sure you can handle yourself in the calm waters of the lagoon before they clear you to go into the marina. And they're also funny, or at least they pretend really well to get our sense of humor. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have paddle boarded before but have never taken a lesson. We decided to go on the Sea Lion Tour which includes a beginner lesson. We learned so much about form and board handling. It was great. The time flew by. The instructors were very knowledgeable, welcoming and easy to talk to. We are planning to go back and rent boards so we can practice more. I would recommend Paddle Method to anyone wanting to get out on the water. They have something to offer every skill level. (Also, we felt very safe despite the pandemic)

Tim and crew do a great job presenting the basics of SUP in a safe, calm environment. The gear is provided and they patiently answer questions. The intermediate classes provide advanced lessons that have made me comfortable enough to go out on my own.

Great lesson! Tim provided instruction on the beach and on the water to each of us and as a group. His excellent coaching had me feeling very confident on the paddle board by the end of the lesson. Can't wait to go back for another lesson!

My family and I took the beginner 101 Saturday class. The instructors were nice, funny and very patient. The instructions were great and very easy to follow. This class is even recommended for people that have never been on a paddle board. We had a great time and highly recommend Paddle Method for your SUP training needs.

Awesome lady teacher from Brazil. She was cool. I’d recommend to anyone that is thinking about learning before just going out and buying a paddle board. I’m coming back for second and third lessons soon. Friendly staff had fun. Thanks

This was our second lesson with Paddle Method. Owner-instructor Tim is a very humorous and patient teacher and we had a fun afternoon with him. He is very encouraging and knows how to tailor instruction to maximize the experience. Definitely, Paddle Method is an excellent choice if you are looking for professional and friendly paddleboard lessons.

Tim was a great teacher/coach and helped me get past newbie jitters to feeling more confident and strong on my board. He did this in just two lessons! Next time I visit MDR I'm def going to book him for another one.

Just curious where you left your belongings while you were out in the water? Where exactly do you meet? there was not much detail in terms of location of the morning of.

There is a car park just as you enter the marina if you follow the sat nav directions to the address given. The car park is on the left and meet Tim directly over the road. He will turn up in his van. I left my belongings in the car, but Tim can lock anything you need in his van. There are toilets and showers close by if you need to change. You will have a great time. The sea lions are amazing.
