This church gets an A+, and the labyrinth is a truly lovely part of the church campus. It is tucked behind the church and the first time I came I was a bit off put by the fact that the back wall of the church is directly adjacent to the labyrinth, but the next time I came I decided it... More

We were so impressed with this church. Not only is it simple and beautiful (large, too!), but so welcoming to all who come in here. To have beautiful public restrooms (well kept, with lotions and flowers) in a town that is very tight with their bathrooms is quite unexpected. Their attitude of welcome extends to other faiths, as they host... More

We didn't have time to walk the Labrinth, but the church was exceptionally welcoming. Clean, modern, restrooms open to public. Attractive grounds and worship space.

Not only is the labyrinth a lovely spot to clear your head, but St. Marks itself is stunningly beautiful both inside and out. PS: The bathrooms are the nicest in town...

I attend St. Mark's-in-the-Valley Church, loving every aspect of the place. The Labyrinth is a good way of center oneself without resorting to traditional prayer. It's also a bit difficult if you have balance issues or problem walking. The surfaces, while groomed, are a bit uneven and many sharp changes of direction occur. Still, worthwhile.

Very beautiful setting. I found it through Tripadvisor beforehand and everyone's reviews were very helpful. I admit, I never knew what a Labrynth was or that they existed outside of a movie. I surprised my family with this little stop, I thought it was suppose to be a maze. I read after the fact what it is really for. So,... More

This is a beautiful setting with children laughing and playing nearby. Immaculate grounds and very friendly staff. Excellent signage and free, clean toilets. Go take a look at the sanctuary if you have a chance.

Fun for little ones, but not a challenge. I walked the whole labyrinth just to say I did. Difficult to take a photo unless you're tall with a wide lens.

As a budding student in landscape architecture with two small children, I embraced creating the courtyard and labryrinth of my home church, St. Mark's in the Valley more than twenty years ago. It is has become a place of peace for people of all faiths or none, as we like to say. I hope many will enjoy for years to... More
