The setting is perfect for a kids party who wouldn't notice the staff were rude or the food was terrible. The hostess was very rude and perhaps ruined the entire experience for the Children. Nevertheless after being seated in an empty cafe with no ambience or enjoyment we were served with a sweet cinnamon bun to start then savoury vegetables... More

The first time we arrived at the AG store I had my 3 granddaughters with me and 2 daughters - a real girl outing!! We were served fabulously and bought 3 dolls. Just carrying those iconic red AG bags around the gorgeous Grove made the evening perfect as strangers would stop my girls to ask who they were taking home!... More

I REALLY enjoyed taking my granddaughter and grand nieces to the L.A.American Girl store this month! Though it was a 2-hour drive from our home in Mission Viejo, going on a less crowded weekday gave us a leisurely shopping experience in the morning. We all got to watch the hairdressers restyle each doll's hair before lunch too. The children were... More

Our local AG shop doesn't have the Truly Me Signature Studio, where you can design outfits for the dolls and tshirts for girls, so this was a special treat. The other locations are Chicago and NYC. The items print quickly and though pricey, like everything there, it was something unique to take home.

Visited on a Tuesday early afternoon. The store wasn't busy at the time and we could take our time looking at all the displays and doll items. The salespeople were friendly and didn't make you feel rushed at all. A must visited for any AG doll lover !!

We have so much fun at the American Girl Store!!! It is every girl's dream! It isn't just fun for girls but for moms too. The customer service is excellent, they have a nice salon where the dolls can get their hair done and/or ears pierced and there is a Bistro too. We go here every time we go to... More

My niece wanted two separate items; however they were out of stock. The store refuses to sell floor items. I was told it was against store policy to remove out of stock items from store shelves. So if you don't a disappointed child shop on line and stay far away this store.

Even though we were a few minutes late for the lunch seating, they still let us eat at the cafe. They let us borrow dolls to dine with, and they even brought lemonade in tiny cups for the dolls! The food was quite good, with options for kids, like pizza and mac 'n' cheese, and for adults too (we had... More

My daughter was 10 when we visited here. The staff was very helpful, especially in the personal shopping room. They helped her decide things which she truly wanted versus things that were so-so. Very sweet gals. The beauty salon staff gave my daughter's doll a lovely hairdo that was easy to maintain. All in all, a great experience. The store... More
