A lovely venue with well priced food and good service. The staff were very pleasant and outgoing the 2 times we visited, and the food was delicious and prompt to arrive. A good experience overall, and will be back whenever I need another chocolate fix.

Went and saw the sing along version of Mary Poppins. We had a blast. The movie theatre is beautiful and the restoration was fabulous. The ticket was $10 and included pop corn. The screen is very large ( like the ones I grew up with)...More

My kid was really amazed to watch Frozen at this place, with the ice carving, dancing and snow falling down on us. Quite an experience! I guess it should be even better on Disney's premieres, so if you get a chance to be in LA...More

Going to the movies will never be the same again! Not only did we get to see Frozen in 3D but we were also treated to ice sculpting, dancing and snow! The kids adored it and it felt very magical!

go when they're playing something you want to see, but be sure to be in your seat 30 minutes early. the Might Wurlitzer rises out of the floor and you get a great mini-concert before the film.

Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie
stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day,
tourists flock here from around the world to see the
iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to
catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close.
Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas
the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and
hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night

Thank you Brian. I did tried to purchase tickets online before I posted my question, but unfortunately the onsite connections kept failing.
If I am not buying a reserved seat is there a best day and time to go to get a good seat?

I'm not sure there is a bad seat. We sat in the very back row and thought it was perfect. Others in our group sat in front and liked their seats. I think it is just a matter of personal preference (e.g., I like to be on the... More
