This wonderful quirky little neighborhood wedged between Hollywood and Glendale has something to offer everyone. There is a great independent bookstore, artisan food stores, vintage clothing and an amazing French restaurant. Parking is awful.

30 or so minutes from the beach or mountains. A few minutes from downtown. Beautiful well kept homes. Right next to Griffith Park...Close to many great restaurants. It's hard to ask for more.

It's one of the best cities in LA. Los Feliz village has beautiful houses and very nice restaurants like alcove and other ones. Love the vibe in Los Feliz.
