Best bike tour ever with the family. Started from Hollywood walk of fame to the Hollywood sign. Past many interesting places and film locations. Went up the hills to see the sign and past beautiful mansions. Scott was entertaining us the whole time with funny and interesting stories. He seems to know everybody in Hollywood. The tour lasted after all about 3 hours, but was definitely worth it. Scott, thanks for a wonderful time and greetings from our kids Vince and Amy!

i arrived in LA from Australia at 7AM and was booked for the 4 hour tour with Scott at 11AM, I had a fantastic tour. Scott was very funny and knowledgeable about the whole area and kept us safe and well. There was lovely couple from Brazil with us on the tour but didn't really come dressed appropriately for cycling, the lady was wearing thongs (flip flops) and the guy heavy jeans, Scott did hold the tour for 15 mins while she put on a pair of slippers and off we went. He took us up to the hills to see the Hollywood sign first off and then sunset strip and Beverly Hills etc, great day out and lots of laughs along they way. The tour was relaxed with lots of stops along the way and Scott was always looking out for the not so good cyclist at the back while also being aware of the others.
Tip: Dress appropriately for a cycling tour by wearing a pair of training/runners and shorts etc, a back pack is a good idea too for your camera and other personal belongings and you will have a fab time.

My girlfriend and I recently visited Los Angeles. We wanted to get a tour and a workout at the same time and not just sit in a bus or van. Scott took us on the 2 hr tour through hollywood blvd as well as Bronson park. We got a great view of the Hollywood sign, celebrity houses, and famous places around the city. Scott is a very down to earth guy and knows his ways around the city. Definitely recommend this tour!

We were really looking forward to doing this tour in Hollywood. We arrived 10 minutes early and we were sent back because Scott wasn't ready yet (but he was just sitting there...). In the beginning, the tour was really GREAT! Useful information, good pace, lovely views. But Scott was easily agitated. When my boyfriend made a joke about a so-called celebrity he spotted, he got really upset and took off leaving us behind in heavy traffic and steep roads. For the last 30 - 45 minutes we had to push our biking skills to the limit and sometimes it got really dangerous with a few trucks and cars. When we got back to the meeting point, Scott threw away his bike and went into the store. For the last hour, we didn't know what his problem was. He came back out of the store and said to his friend: "Belgians are all the same. Not a nice kind of people. So rude!" I almost started crying because I had a really nice time (in the beginning) and he was the rude and dangerous one. We wanted to give him a large tip, but because of the commotion we didn't gave it to him. Too bad. On TripAdvisor, there's another review with the exact same experience (also Europeans). This cannot be a coincidence... He ruined our tour.

Hello, this review is misleading. I am flexible and always wait for others to arrive for the tour. We always have a great time on the tours, no matter what. l never leave anyone in traffic and treat everyone with respect. Safety is Number 1. I wish you great travels and memories.

I found this tour a bit disappointing. Maybe it was because me and Scott (my tourguide) were on our own, but he kept chatting up to total strangers, most of them were women. He even got in a discussion with one because of his comments in this "#me too" era. It was embarrassing to watch at times. The tour itself was ok but not great. No mentioning of the movie locations as described on the site. We saw some mansions of famous people and rode through Beverly Hills and Bell Air. If Scott had concentrated more on me and the tour instead of random people passing by it would have been better. Sorry Scott.

Hello, I gave you many chances to be involved with the tour. I asked you all kinds of questions, and you were saying no to everything during the 5 Hour Tour I gave you. It was just you and me while you were in a bad mood the whole time.
I showed you many movie locations. That is one of my main parts of my Tours, but you were so negative the whole time that you forgot what I showed you and just wrote a mean review.
Respect and safety is the most important things on my tour. I kept you safe and laughing even when you didn't want to. It was just you and me, and paying attention to your negativity was far from why I do this.
Thanks for trying to give me 2 dollars as a tip after the 5 Hour Private Tour I gave you, that was a nice touch. I'm glad I let you keep it.

We have opted for the 4-hour biking tour with my boyfriend on a hot day this June. We found the meeting point easily on Hollywood Blvd. It started great, we have seen the Hollywood sign, great film locations, Beverly Hills and Rodeo drive. Definitely more fun than sitting on a tourist bus. The guide however caused very unpleasant moments... He was shouting and pointing at a celebrity who was calmly having lunch. When I asked him not to disturb him, he went crazy. The last 45 minutes of the tour, he did not talk, did not wait for us in the heavy traffic and almost got into fights with 2 car drivers. With this behaviour he transformed the first great 3 hours into a nightmare. What a pity!

Hello, thanks again for doing the tour. I never shouted at a celebrity, wich was actually "Daniel Sunjata", I only pointed at him so you could see him. You even told me not to point at him. I never yeld or even spoke to him, as we were far enough to see him. I respect, and do my best every tour. I also make sure traffic is safe and aware of us at all times. At one point a driver came close to us, and made sure he stayed a safe way from us. I direct this tour so everyone is safe, and I stay with the group at all times. I never left you in busy traffic, nor was it 45 minutes. I don't know why you have to exaggerate and lie to make your point. I look forward to having my guests see celebrities and have a great time always. Better luck next time. Cheers, Scott.

I went with my girlfriend for the 4 hour your (20 miles). We were very nicely received by Scott who is a great guy.
The whole tour was great and Scott took us to see some gems we would otherwise never have known about or seen for that matter.
The reason for my 3 stars (only) is because of the ending. We are a couple in our mid 20's and in good shape. We took the tour with another guy from Australia. He and Scott were obviously very trained bikers which made my girlfriend fall back a few times. It is not like my girlfriend is a bad biker, but these guys were just very fast.
We are used to navigated by bike in other larger cities (Rio de Janeiro) but when a new place you are always a bit more cautions and every traffic is different.
So my girlfriend fell back a few times while Scott were much further up front, which made her feel uncomfortable at times.
When the ride was over I approached Scott to mention this merely as a feedback that he might want to consider.
I felt he took it a bit too personal and he did not handle the criticism very well. It is a pity as it otherwise would have been a great ending to the day.
I will not put any remarks on Scott ability to make a tour, but merely advise that this tour is with a certain pace.

Hello, thank you for leaving a review. I want to mention that your girlfriend arrived ready to go on the tour with flip flops. I had to recommend that she should wear sneakers, so that's when we went to your rental car during the tour for her to change. She also would ride on the sidewalks consistently avoiding pedestrians, even after I said that we would be riding mostly on the streets. Every lane is a bike lane in LA, no need to be scared. Most times you were both coasting, not pedaling. We were all going very slow because of that, and I wanted to keep the pace up so we could do the tour around 4 hours. I had another guest on the same tour, so I wanted to give him a great experience as well too. I did balance all of you enough that we would all have a great tour together. The times you would be left behind was when we were in a neighborhood with a stop sign ahead and I would wait for you at all times. I always stay with the group no matter what level experience. My other guest had a great time, and so did I. Thank you very much for doing the tour. Wishing you both great travels. Cheers!

I booked this tour as all Scott's ratings were good and my partner and I love to be active and thought a bike tour would be great. When Scott arrived he did not even introduce himself and was abrupt and aggressive with us from the start. He refused to do the tour with us and did not offer to refund $240.00 that we had paid. I have travelled all over the globe and have never been treated so rudely. Instead of making us feel welcomed, he took all of our questions and turned it into an offense to him. I would not recommend him to anyone and the fact that he is affiliated with Hollywoog Tourz who in turn will not take responsibility for his behaviour as well, I would not recommend them either.

Hello, I am respectful and welcoming to all. They arrived and told me that it is not safe to ride on the streets of LA, even before starting the tour. I told them, no worries and that it will be fun and safe. They responded, "No worries ain't gonna cut it" and that I look suspicious. More was said, but I was ready and happy to do the tour with them anyway. I let their offensive attitude towards me go, until I did not feel comfortable doing the tour anymore. Experiencing LA by bike is so much better then by bus! I absolutely loved it and recommend it. Scott is an awesome guide who really knows LA well. He will make you feel comfortable at your bike and will always make sure that you are safe riding with your bike on the road.

My husband and I took the 5 hour bike tour last week. Scott was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and enormous fun. He has developed a great route to tour the sights of Hollywood and Beverly Hills safely and easily. The bikes were really comfortable and it was hugely satisfying beating the traffic while learning so much from Scott. The time flew by and we were sad to have to say goodbye when the tour was complete. Scott chats with locals and got a shout out for us from Gerard Butler as he was entering the Jimmy Kimmel studio (Scott - we saw Jennifer Aniston later that evening leaving the Sunset Tower Hotel and thought of you!) We would definitely recommend Scott's bike tour to anyone looking for an authentic, unique and hugely enjoyable way of seeing many of the key sights in Los Angeles.

We booked on line about 3 months before we arrived in America.
We had a specific date that we wanted to do this bike tour ( our first morning after a 15 hour flight).
The web site was really easy to use, and Scott was very prompt in his reply and confirmation.
You will be disappointed if you miss out.
