Established in 1934, when a dozen local farmers parked their trucks on an open field (once a dairy farm) to sell fresh produce to local residents, the Market has remained true to its roots ever since. With nearly 100 dining, shopping and grocery...more
There is so much to see here - from food to shoe repair, you will not be bored.
We got a map at the entrance, which was the best thing we did the whole day. It really helped us find our way through the sections...More
We went to the Thursday night dance party at EB's Bar. They had a fairly good variety of beers with average prices (domestic bottled beer $4; draft pints $6; premium IPA's were $7. A local duo (Kat and Jay) were singing some great 70's and...More
We stopped here before heading to San Diego and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was so many stores/shops available. We didn't get to see everything, but what we did see was amazing. I would definitely recommend visiting here, and I would love...More
My brother first took me to this Farmer Market 45 years ago. The memory of the experience was cloudy...until this past week. I remember the Market being a large food court with many choices.
The Farmer’s Market is a pretty cool place. It has something...More
Beer, empanadas, po'boy, ice cream, and more. Tuesday's at the market was busy but not overwhelming. We stopped in for lunch and tried a few different places. There are so many options that no one would go hungry. Sitting there eating our food and just...More
Went to the farmers market food choice excellent and quality superb. You won’t be disappointed going here for food so much better than the local restaurants at The Grove shopping mall that is connected to it. Worth the visit you won’t be disappointed.
Many stalls selling a multitude of local produce and gifts - allow a couple of hours to stroll around.
Also you can get a quick meal here; Jamaican, Pizza, Pasta, Burger etc.
Love Magee's nut butter stall!
