Great interaction from beginning to end with Go Ride transportation between LAX and Carnival’s Long Beach cruise terminal. Found Go Ride from searching reviews online and so happy I did! The reservation process was easy, and I received fast confirmation and quick responses to any communication I made. The only confusion I had was when I was booking, I chose cruise transfer instead of airport shuttle transfer, assuming the “shuttle” meant that it was not a private transfer, which is what I wanted. There was no difference in price, and I had made notes on the reservation, so it was no big deal. Oscar responded right away and adjusted the type of transfer, obtaining my flight information so that it could be monitored for my arrival. Pickup from the cruise terminal for my return trip was just as easy as well. The drivers (Oscar and Rich) were professional, safe, and courteous. The vehicles were clean and well maintained. Great communication and great pricing. Highly recommend them for transportation to and from LAX to the cruise port.

Excellent service to and from LAX. My family and I had an early departing flight and in the past it had been tough to get a large enough taxi or Uber to take us to the airport, I had read reviews online about GoRide and decided to schedule with them. On the morning of my flight, I got a text message from GoRide and then from Oscar letting us know that he is on his way and another once he arrived. Oscar was a tremendous help as he not only helped with luggage, but was also knowledgeable and patient when it came to finding our terminal. Having been very satisfied with the service for my departure from LAX, I scheduled to be picked up from LAX upon my arrival. Oscar arrived early for pick up and had all the patience in the world to wait for the arrival of my delayed flight. Quick tip: if you're waiting to be picked up from LAX, when you head out to the curb, the concrete beams have letters and numbers associated with them, so you can give that to your driver to help them quickly find you. In our case, it was easy to find him as well as his car had custom plates. Another great thing about scheduling a ride with GoRide is that they drop you off and pick you up right at the curb after you get your luggage - and they even have a meet and greet option inside the terminal should you prefer to be greeted inside. Gone are the days of having to carry my luggage on the shuttle and waiting to go to the taxi pick up spot. GoRide definitely took a load of stress out of arriving and getting picked up from LAX to the point where I'm actually looking forward to travel to and from the airport. 5+ stars, I would definitely recommend them for your next ride to the airport!

We took a shuttle from Universal Studio to World Cruise Terminal. The driver, Rich, met us on time. And when we arrived at the destination, the traffic is so congested with many tourists. Rich is patient enough to find the way and drive us the correct location.

Wilbur was so friendly. Thank you for such a relaxed ride. So chatty and no issues going from West Hollywood to San Pedro cruise terminal. On time (actually a bit early but that was fine) to our hotel and car was so clean. He helped us with all our bags (a family of four, we had quite a bit). Quick and easy to book through the app and would definitely recommend this service.
