I was glad that I found this transportation services. I asked for a quote and responded right away. Roland, the owner and the driver was very helpful and accommodating. He communicated very well and was easy to talked to. We booked 7 rides for 19 passengers from LAX to the hotel, cruise ship to Universal Studios( we even asked him if we can drop off and pick up our 10 luggages at the hotel storage he didn’t charged us extra), Universal Studios to Anaheim and Anaheim to LAX.
I highly recommend Cheap Shuttle Services to anyone who needs ride around Los Angeles and would use them again in the future.

I would like to say that each time (5 so far and counting) my family and I have booked with cheapshuttle express each experience has been top notch, from my house to the airport, and from the airport back to my house I give 5 out of 5 stars. Roland is always prompt, communicates, is a gentlemen, and an awesome peron. I am grateful for cheapshuttle expresses professionalism and assurance that each ride is done with great care. Shout out again to Roland!! He is awesome!! I am committed to booking with cheapshuttle express and I HIGHLY reccommend them.

Highly recommend! I booked a ride to and from LAX for my elderly mother and both of us were exceedingly pleased with the service! She needed to be picked up at 3:30 am, and Roland was on-time and cheerful at that early morning hour. On the way back, he was ready and waiting at the airport. Everything went smoothly and he was incredibly nice. My mom felt like a queen.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a shuttle to/from the LAX airport. I am a first time customer and the service exceeded my expectations. My driver was courteous, professional and showed up early! It was a great price too! I will definitely use them again!!

We traveled to Los Angeles as the last destination of a six week trip that included three south american countries, Miami, Washington DC and New York. The best transfer that we had was easily in Los Angeles with Cheap Shuttle Express.
I booked the transfer from Australia through the website but rang just to make sure as the return trip was on Christmas Eve. I needn't have worried as Roland already had everything under control. He was extremely friendly and professional.
The van that was used for the transfer was brand new and perfectly clean. Roland was right on time and dressed immaculately. I would recommend Cheap Shuttle Express to anyone.

Driver was right on time, even at a late hour on a holiday. The driver communicated with me prior to leaving Atlanta to explain pick up area and process He then communicated on our arrival. The transportation for 5 people was a Mercedes van. The driver provided water for all. We were transported about 70 miles to Ojai in comfort and quickley.

Excellent customer service from booking to drop off. Prompt replies to emails and very clear instructions given. Friendly and courteous drivers who drive safely in horrendous LA traffic. Bottled water offered on board. Would highly recommend.

I had a trip heading over to Washington. Taking the stress out of a tip when it comes to getting to the airport. I had Roland picking me up for my morning flight. I had a pick up for 330am. On the dot the driver was there ready to help me with my bag dressed professional. Comfort and style is what I have to say about my ride. On the way back same experience offer with water and sodas. Being pick up Jose A . making me feel as if I was an A list celebrity getting to my destination. I highly recommended this company!!! One of the best stress free experience I had getting to the airport. I definitely would use this company again. Thank you Cheap Shuttle Express.
