I am 18 years old and I wasn't very keen on the Los Angeles lifestyle, even though I have lived there many times, until I took this tour with a couple friends. The food, along with the historical and cultural information given made me really appreciate a place I didn't necessarily like to call home. I loved my experience on... More

A client & I recently took this tour to explore it as an option for a group that is coming to LA in December. Kendall was our tour guide and she was a delight! The tour was perfectly paced, full of interesting items to nibble on and the stories that were shared about the area & the vendors were priceless.... More

An interesting insight into the Farmer's Market, Los Angeles - a well paced tour with plenty of interesting places for a range of people - all were satisfied. Don't eat breakfast before you take the tour!!

This was a fantastic way for my husband and myself to spend a morning in Los Angeles, especially for a couple of east coast visitors with a packed eating agenda. The fact that our guide cared deeply about the community was evident throughout the tour. I particularly liked the fact that she would bring the extra food from one stop... More

Me and my wife (she choose actually) liked this tour because we both like cooking and an introduction to some quality food beside all the often garbage at burger restaurants an the like. We were not disappointed at all by the enthusiastic introductions by Kendall, our guide. She showed us some hi- and delights at farmers market and along 3rd... More

We live about 30 minutes from Pasadena, but my parents were visiting from NY and wanted to do something special. A friend recommended the Melting Pot LA tour, but the Pasadena one fit better into our schedule. Our guide, Barbara, was super fun and friendly. She knew a ton about the area and places we visited, as well as knew... More

I have always wanted to do a food tour and finally had the chance with the Melting Pot Tour of L.A.'s original Farmer's Market. It was one of the best things I have ever done on a vacation. Our guide was extremely informative. It was great to visit the many vendors and the tastings amounted to more than a normal... More

We (me + friend + teenage son) on the Farmers Market W3 Street walking tour. Our guide was Kendal, she was a delight. The tour was relaxed, informal, informative and fun. The tastings were yummy. Kendal provided wonderful and interesting history of the market, the food, the owners and good insight into the food. The walk along W3 was informative... More

We loved this tour. We were a group of four on this tour and enjoyed it so much. We were happy to have a few hours after the tour to enjoy the Farmer's Market and Grove so we could go back and really take in all Kendall had shown us. This tour was a lot of fun and the food... More

I loved this tour! As a local this food tour is not only great to do when friends and family come to visit, it made the Farmers Market and 3rd Street much more accessible. I was able to discover some great little gems, like Bob's Doughnuts (try the apple fritter!) as well as have tastings at several restaurants on 3rd... More
