- VbakerKeymar, Maryland211 contributionsAn Escape from RealityThe Perfumer was more immersive than any other room we've done before, and we've done a lot! The Game Master John was masterful. It really felt like you were in historic Paris! The puzzles were engaging and non-linear. We would HIGHLY recommend this game and this venue!Visited July 2024Traveled with friendsWritten July 24, 2024
- marie cLos Angeles, California3 contributionsFun, entertaining and challenging escape room!Da Vinci Challenge is the best. Our host, Zach, was top notch. The room design is excellent and the challenges make sense, unlike some escape rooms. The music was also well done and helped keep us on pace/task. We got it done in an hour with seconds to spare!Visited August 2024Traveled with familyWritten August 3, 2024
- KnitengaleFairfield, Connecticut3 contributionsAn incredible experience!ts hard to describe how incredible our experience was this evening. We have played close to 70 escape rooms around the world and The Minotaur was, by far, in our top 5. If you like haunted houses (and I mean GOOD ones) and you like escape rooms, this one is a must. Zak and Lo were our immersive actors and they were equal parts terrifying and hilarious. Coupled with incredible practical puzzles, movie caliber set design, this escape room is an absolute must-do! 5 hours later and we are still talking about our favorite moments!Visited October 2024Traveled with friendsWritten October 22, 2024

We had a blast in the Bloody Elbow room. Truly one of the most immersive Escape Rooms I've ever done. Spoke to some friends who had done it previously and it sounds like with even more people (we did it with just 2 of us) it gets even better! Highly recommend.

We had a great time!! Our host (whos nane we forgot) was friendly and welcoming. We did the resurrection room and had a blast! Plenty of screams and laughs. The puzzle was hard but not too hard, we finished with some time left over. All in all, would definitely recommend to come in with a group of friends when you’re looking fot something fun to do.

my first time to Quest Room and it was fantastic!!! Kyle was our leader and he was amazing and full of great energy while describing the storyline before we entered the room. Throughout our 90 minutes finding clues to solve the mystery, he provided tips and hints through speakers that kept our energy level high in a most fun environment. The room props, puzzles and challenges were well done, very thought provoking and creative. I absolutely had a blast, perfect event to do with friends or family. When you go, be sure to reserve a spot with Kyle, he was the best!

We chose Quest Room when researching Escape Rooms in LA and completely disappointed by our experience. My husband and I have done about 100 escape rooms and both of us walked out feeling that this was our worst game master and overall experience thus far.
$130 (for 2 of us) and one hour later, we left super bummed. We did the Da Vinci room and asked for nudges if we seemed we were falling behind, she gave us zero nudges without us asking for clues although we were behind (there's no clock so you have no idea where you're at time wise unless the game master assists you). Totally okay with being behind and not finishing if the game master was helping along the way, but that wasn't the case.
They send an email after for you to share your feedback and I did. They said they wanted to make it right and offered a free room for us to try it again and when I responded to their kind gesture with the day and time I wanted, they never responded. Very frustrating as my husband and I made arrangements to be in LA for it.
Escape rooms aren't cheap but you're paying for an immersive experience and game host and unfortunately this location of Quest Rooms doesn’t deliver that.

The worst escape room in Los Angeles. Customer service is horrible. We booked a room that had good reviews we spent 160$ and they called us a few hours before to tell us that the room is under maintenance, the refund is NOT instant and we can’t go to any other escape room, the other rooms from that company was not our first choice to spend $160 and when we asked for a discount for the inconvenience that they said they can’t do and the options is to choose one of the other rooms or to proceed to give us not instant refund. When I told him I am not satisfied with their service he called his manager and They screwed us twice in one day by refunding NOT instant our money. The customer service is horrible. I haven’t seen anything like that in LA. Book wisely because you will end up being scammed by them.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with an escape room like ever. Project Minotaur was more terrifying and awesome than an actual haunted house. And it was HUGE!! This wasn’t an escape room this was like an escape Compound! 10 out of 10 stars. Also Cannibals den, scary and fun all the way! You will not be disappointed, I promise!

I booked Cannibals Den last night just my friend and I since I had to drop off family at LAX. The choices of times they offered were great and I was able to choose a late time as my family had a late flight. I also got to take advantage of the special weekday rate since it was a Wednesday. We are not escape room experts but we have done about 25 now and do our research to do some of the top rated ones. We are definitely setting snobs and want a really good story line. Having done a few out in LA we were starting to think the better ones were out in Orange County. Well.... We are definitely wrong and cannot wait to complete all the escapes at Quest!
We arrived and were a little nervous being two girls in a dark alley but when the door opened and a smiling Kyle opened the door and the bright colors of the inside made us feel at ease. Our game master was Kyle and I cannot even believe how much fun we had! He made us feel so comfortable and the very uncomfortable (as part of the game and we should have been) all at the same time. There were a few moments we wondered what the heck we got ourselves into since we got so into the game!!
We are actually going to go back and redo the same room with our two other teammates since they couldn't join us. We are definitely requesting Kyle again as our game master!!! Thank you so much for such a fun time!!

I would definitely recommend these escape rooms! I did the party hard room with my fiancé. It was challenging and interesting! The staff was very friendly. We were so happy to find a room that you could book with only 2 people. The building was a little hard to find but overall I would recommend.

Celebrated my 15y/o daughter’s birthday with her friends. Callum was a phenomenal host and created a great environment for us. We were genuinely scared and had a blast. Highly recommend for teens and adults with a sense of adventure!

The Warlocked room was very well done! So much fun and so many different puzzles. I’ve never been in an escape room that you didn’t have to finish all the puzzles to escape. I’m still on the fence about how I feel about that.
I would definitely spend the money to do other rooms, as I hear they are just as good.
