If you want a real history lesson of the Woodbridge / Lodi / Acampo wine area, this place is a must. The owners are hands on with sharing the history of the area and their own contribution to the grape growing and wine making. A very casual, fun atmosphere. And great wines too! Would recommend this to any family traveling... More

Jesses Grove is a very unique winery in the Lodi appellation. It has some of the oldest vines in California, with a very beautiful oak grove on the grounds. The wines are very good, too. My favorite is Fancy Quest Zin and the Petite Sirah. Be sure you ask to hear the history of the family from matriarch Wanda!

I have enjoyed many a visit to this winery, and have always been intrigued by its' history. On a visit a while back, we wandered through the on site museum which tells a little about the family history, and offers a look at some old saddles and farm equipment. On one of the saddles, there is some intricate tooling that... More

We have been going to Jessie's Grove Winery for several years. We heard about it three years ago when friends had attended a concert there. Being the avid concert goers that we are, of course we had to check it out! We went to the last concert of the season that year, and haven't stopped! We love the atmosphere, the... More

The wines are so so, the tasting room is old looking, the owner Jessie holds court on the patio about the history of the winery which is a nice touch, some may like it here others not so much.

We love Jessie's Grove Winery, and the concerts they have in the summer are so much fun. If you have an RV, you are allowed to bring it and camp overnight so you don't have to drive home (especially if you have been drinking!). If you have a tent, they set up a tent area as well. Breakfast is served... More

There are so many great wineries in Lodi; but this is always one of my top go-to wineries when family or friends are visiting. History is interesting, the property is beautiful, the staff and especially my favorite Marcie are fun and knowledgeable. Last but not least, there is a good selection of great wines. You won't be disappointed by this... More

A group of us did some wine tasting, and had a great experience being served by Alexis. She was attentive, funny and informative. We enjoyed most of their wines, but the only downfall was that all the whites we tasted were warm. It was the only winery we've been to where all the white wines we tasted were not even... More

My friend is a member of Jessie's Grove so we visit on occasion to pick up her wine release or visit in the afternoon for a fun outing. The wines are very good -- both the whites (I like Chardonnay) and many of the reds. They have a wonderful Zinfandel called Earth Zin and Fire. The entire label is about... More

Jessie's Grove is an old family winery in Lodi, CA. Fairly easy to get to with plenty of parking. The people were very nice and shared with us the history of the family farm. My husband enjoyed the barn and blacksmith shop. The wine is good, the winery is expansive with many places to explore.
