Spent my time at the 'legacy' tasting room where we ran into a terrific host that took her time and explained every wine to us in detail. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The pours were good, the wine was great and the atmosphere here is terrific. It's a wonderful venue and is one of... More

Wente Vineyards is one of the best that we have visited, not only for the quality wines but for the venue. The beauty of the vineyard's grounds is a treat to the senses. We had dinner in a Cave! What an experience! the taste room is inviting and fun!.

Hats off to Bob who made me feel comfortable while sharing his knowledge of the wines and the winery. It was very busy while I was there yet he took the time to walk me through the wines and have great conversation. Yay Wente!

The beautiful setting of Wente's tasting rooms is worth the trip. They put a lot of thought, time, energy, and money into making the grounds a great place to gather with family and friends. Of course, tasting their wines is always tops, but just as a place to sit and absorb some sunshine, it can't be bear!

We were invited to Wente Vineyards for the wedding ceremony of some old friends and wasn't sure what to expect. Obviously Napa and Sonoma are synonymous with wine in California and I hadn't heard of Livermore before, but I wasn't sure what it would have in store (except for the heat!) Although we were not able to taste the wine... More

We had a great tour by Don. There is so much to know and appreciate about Wente's history and wine business. The facility is beautiful and it is so interesting to hear the backstory behind the wine business.

Nice upscale wine tasting room with good wine to boost. There are actually two Wente vineyards in the area both with really nice tasting rooms. There's a nice restaurant at the other location but this one has a tour of the winery. Tour used to be in demand but now is timed so call ahead to get tour time. You... More

Tesla Road provided a beautiful setting for wine tasting. Wente had a nice tasting room, and our server was fantastic. We especially liked the port. The tasting fee was $10-$15, which is higher than we've had at this price point/non-core location (ya know, not in Napa)

This is the best place you can go for wine tasting in Livermore Valley. You can buy great wine here and the restaurant is also excellent. The food is simply delicious. I have been there many times with my family during our trips to California and we all agree this is the best restaurant to try the authentic Californian Food.

Very nice setting. Multiple wine tasting areas (both inside and outside). Very knowledgeable staff. Price for a flight of wine is fair. I would recommend visiting!
