This place is HUGH. It seemed like miles of machines and lights and more... Thought I was in Reno! and so very accommodating. We were there for an outdoor Concert and escaping inside to flee from the heat was refreshing.

Food average..like the desserts that are normal portions..less waste. The casino is a little shabby lately...and winners are few. They have gotten rid of my favorite slot machines. Miss the Pink Panther, Lord of the Rings and Indiana Jones machines...even if you were losing they were a romp!

Quite a few choices to gamble, a huge selection of slot machines and tables. We enjoyed sitting at one of the bars (delicious drinks) and playing video poker. The service was great, very polite bartenders. We left the hotel, looking at the lovely lobby, wanting to come back again soon.

Every visit becomes more apparent as to why I stay at Thunder Valley Casino Resort. From an overnight stay to a Spa weekend retreat, the staff overall makes all the difference. A typical large casino where you deposit your money but a great crab and prime rib buffet on Saturday night.

The café prices are reasonable. Food is very good and the service is remarkable. All the help are polite. The food comes hot and there is a lot to eat. I ask for a doggie bag. The steakhouse is the best around. You can celebrate a birthday, or any holiday there. Try it you will like.
