The Main Beach in Laguna may not be the largest beach you have ever been to but it is certainly the most fun. First of all, it is in downtown Laguna, second of all, it is in downtown Laguna. There is always a bunch of...More

Main Beach has one of the best tidepools in Southern California. Best to visit during low tide when access to looking into the lives of sea creatures in their native environment is optimum. When visiting only look and please do not touch to preserve the...More

Nice boardwalk and well maintained. Good spot for the sunset but you will not be alone. No doubt the busiest beach of laguna.

We stopped by to enjoy this wonderful beach. We walked along the beach, watched some volley ball and shopped around the cute town. There are many restaurants on the various streets.

I visited Laguna beach 6/13-6/16. I loved it! The beach is beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There are lots of volleyball nets and a basketball court and a area to play chess on the beach. The scenery is gorgeous. The beach...More

This is, as the name indicates, the primary beach used by the people of the town for a long time. It is wide and sandy, and the surf is generally not too high for people who aren't used to ocean swimming. There are lots of...More

Spent about 3 days just hanging around Leguna's main beach. Lots of things going on. We saw some very entertaining volleyball games with some very talented players. There were enough benches to sit and relax and the waves were magnificent. We went back about half...More

I really liked how stereotypical this beach was. I wanted the full Cali OC beach exp and I got it here. Beach volleyball, surfing, and Frisbee playing along with a boardwalk.

A stunning beach with semi pro basketball and volley ball going on. Smoothe sandy beach and usually gentle surf. Plenty of benches on the benches on the boardwalk. Great for just relaxing, taking a picnic, and watching the world go by.

September is often the warmest month of the year. It will be amazing. Make sure your resort has air conditioning as a few of the older ones do not. If you are ocean front you wont need it with the breeze.

One of the busiest times of the year. If you are going to only be there for a few hours I'd suggest parking anywhere but there. Park a mile or two away and then take the free trolly. If you are limited with your walking... More
