five star views with an easy dog-walking path or mile of beach at low tide. we live 2 miles away and it is a vacation any day. picnic tables with million-dollar views abound; end with a perfect if pricey glass of wine at the Montage lounge.

The expanse between Las Brisas Restaurant and Laguna Trolley stop #36 (by the octopus-like kraken sculpture on the sidewalk). It is cliff-top park with paths meandering through the length of it. Public art sculptures are enhanced by the natural beauty of the landscape (or it could also be the other way around).

The views down into the coves and beach area really are impressive. Benches and picnic areas dot the walkways. Lots of grass offer families places to sit and enjoy the beauty of Laguna. Painters always find a vista to memorialize in their artistic creations.

A gazebo near Las Brisas hangs out over the edge of a cliff, showcasing some spectacular views of tide pools and beach activities. It is a favorite gathering place for tourists and their cameras.

This park is named after Howard G. Heisler, one of the three main players in the Laguna Company circa 1905. This land (and much of Laguna) was bought from the Irvine Company for development but this jewel passed from Howard Heisler to the City in 1905. Once open space is gone, it is gone forever. This treasure was preserved and became the beauty it is today.

Monument Point lies pretty much in the center of this linear park. It is a memorial to the armed forces and the sacrifices made to defend freedom. There is also a section of the World Trade Center steel girder which visitors can touch and reflect upon.

The park has restrooms and is part of the Coastal Trail system (as displayed in the sidewalk's inserted medallions.

Great place to walk around - gardens, beach access, artsy sculptures and murals here and there. One could walk for an hour or two or just watch the water for a few minutes. Good bathroom access and felt like a very safe place to spend some time outdoors.

You must stop here in Laguna Beach. We spent 4 days in Laguna and I’m mad that I didn’t see this till our final day. It’s a gorgeous park with green space, pathways, and many spots to picnic, see the ocean, visit tide pools, and view the sunset. From the walkway or down at the tide pools we could observe surfers and huge waves crashing onto the rocks below. It was so peaceful. Must see! Street parking is metered. If you don’t find a spot at first, circle the area a time or two till something opens.

What a great park, some areas with statues and great views of the cliffs and ocean.

Easy walking for most areas, some picnic areas blocked off because of covid. would be a great place to have a picnic. Most people masked and free masks being given out.

A mile long walking path with lovely lush gardens and overlooking the cliffs and ocean. A lot of benches to appreciate the ocean or just sit on the sloped grass to enjoy the view. Has toilets available along the way. The north end of the park is where you can watch the sunset.

Stopped here for an hour on our drive down to San Diego. Parking is a small metered lot so you may have to circle around a few times to find a spot but people are always coming and going so spots open up. The views up and down the coast are beautiful and the steps down to the beach are great.

My wife & I wandered through Heisler Park & walked down to the beach by Diver's Cove during a day trip to Laguna Beach. Very impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds & the facilities (we always appreciate clean public restrooms); and the Park plantings & decorative features make for a pleasant place to relax. The ocean views from the Park walkways above the beach are beautiful. Thanks to Laguna Beach & its residents for this public treasure - and for affordable street parking.

This easy waking path leads you right to the water’s edge if you so choose. Many different spots to picnic or rest and just look at the amazing ocean waves. My family and I enjoyed going down the steps to the water and looking at the tide pools that are along this unique stretch of shoreline. We parked on Cliff drive north of where the path officially starts. It was free in this location. Many spaces along the route were taken and they had a meter. FYI.

My hubby and i love going here if we want to do some walking and fresh air. This park is well maintained. There are picnic areas for families, benches along the walking path for when you get tired and more importantly has many beautiful spots to just simply watch the ocean. Highly recommend this place to bring your visitors from out of state. Street parking and structure parking behind the restaurant rows are available. There are also parking lots far from the beach and just take the free trolley to go around Laguna beach.
