Beautiful bike shop - with electric bikes to rent! Great customer support and service with really friendly owners who told us all the tips and tools to make the most of our experience.
This is a really fun way to see La Jolla and the surrounding area while getting some exercise. The electric bikes make going up hills a breeze and you can use as much or as little "help" as you want.
Highly recommend a stop at LaJolla Pedego!

We rented bikes for 2 hours. The lady that helped us told us multiple times that she was the only one there. She took forever to get our bikes ready (even though we made a reservation) and talked the whole time. She was very knowledgeable but the vibe just threw us off. The maps they give you ares useful or helpful so their “routes” don’t make sense. The bikes were mostly nice and worked well. When we got back to pay she offered to take our picture which was nice. Then she gave us a discount for being patient with her so we were happy with that.

My friend Michke arranged a fun event for friends on Sunday in La Jolla. We rented electric bikes from Pedego and our super cool tour guide showed us the beautiful City of La Jolla on electric bikes, stopping in local favorite scenic spots to enjoy the beautiful day and smell the ocean. We watched Seals swimming in the ocean and mother birds feeding their chicks on the cliff overlooking the ocean. After a fun ride on a beautiful day we returned to Pedego for a tasting of Scout & Cellar Rose’s with our wine Captain Michke’s Scouting Cellar. If you’ve never experienced an electric bike you should. What a great way to explore.

Pedego La Jolla is awesome. Great customer service, scenic place to ride along ocean. You can take a guided tour or just follow the bike path signs or be adventurous and go to top of Mt. Soledad. Highly recommend this for both tourists and locals. Bikes are fun for the whole family to rent. If you love it, you can buy one and take it home.

Our first family trip to San Diego and La Jolla is one of our favorite places. This is largely due to renting electric bikes at Pedego. Sierra was super friendly and provided great insight on our our bike ride, places to stop as well as a few destinations we should visit before leaving. Great value and service. Our family highly recommends starting your vacation off by renting some bikes from here!

Went to Pedego La Jolla with a big group of ladies and each of us have nothing but glowing comments about the condition of the bikes, the location, the owners (and their adorable dog), the cleanliness of the shop, the friendliness. You name it...everything was perfect from the start; getting the best bike for our body build and skill to the seamless group return. The surrounding area is absolutely breathtaking so don't go anywhere else or you'll really miss out! It was such a truly fantastic and flawless experience that we are already in full planning mode for our next visit.

Highly recommend Pedego electric bikes in La Jolla! We were recently in La Jolla for a girls trip and rented electric bikes from Pedego Electric Bikes. The bikes were great, the owners are outstanding and were so helpful with everything from where to ride and tour and where to eat!! We were all so glad we spent a day on an electric bike riding around the beautiful area. Thanks for all your recommendations!!

A friend and I recently took a Pedego guided electric bike tour in La Jolla and it was a fantastic experience. The electric bikes are top of the line and super easy to ride. You can pedal as much as you want or as little as you want and I recommend taking a guided tour to ensure that you see all the sites and the highlights of the La Jolla area. The is the best tour option available in San Diego.

I was in from out of town and was renting a onewheel from sdonewheel. It was just so much fun I had to buy one. These guys know how to run a business cuz there is not a lot of stock out there and they have them.They have such great service that i had a few odd requests and they had no problem filling them. I was there for work so my play time was limited but really wanted to ride. Did want to wait the 90 min to have it charge up so they were so kind as to unpack and charge it up for me.If I would have known they are more than happy to drop off downtown in you can't make the trip to La Jolla. Was a great shopping experience. You can not go wrong shopping at Pedego

Rented these amazing bikes for a full fun day! When you've peddled your whole life & then you get an added motor--there's no stopping! Terry & Tracy went beyond the norm to insure us Midwesterners knew the best places to ride. Different styles & types to choose too. I'll be back & more friends will join me. Kudos for great service folks!
