What a screwed up bunch. Trying to book a tee time at Torrey. Hilton Diamond Member here and hotel guest during the time I want to book. Getting the runaround from everyone. Anna-- golf person-- has a voicemail that she doesn't return calls from, leaves an email address for herself that she doesn't return. Molly answers the phone at the... More

We visited Torrey Pines from NJ and were super excited to be able to play both courses in one day. We took a cart since we'd be exhausted from walking both in one day, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We had a bit of fog in the morning, so we were bummed to miss out on some of the beautiful... More

There are 2 courses to choose from. The South course is the famous one where the pros have historically played. The North course was recently renovated by Tom Weiskopf, and will now host 2 of the 4 rounds for the pros. The North course is much less expensive($100 for those who don't live in city of San Diego), is in... More

I wouldn't have been able to get on except the rainy day opened up tee times for me to play. The course was in perfect shape with beautiful views and a challenging layout. This course is on a beautiful piece of property, but the designer did not fully utilize the land. I could imagine how holes could be routed differently... More

Beautiful and famous golf location. Wasn't able to play a round while there but there is a special parking area for just visiting the pro shop and taking a few pictures. Great area and friendly staff who are will to accommodate non golfers

Amazing golf course, setting, history. A destination for golf. We came from out of town, paid the $43 per person advance fee to get a tee time over 8 days ahead. Lots of anticipation for a memorable day. Tees: DIRT. Tee markers hadn't been moved in many weeks? They could still move side to side and not affect the tournament... More

Last Sunday during the the prime time rate period, no effort was made by the city to prepare the course. The tee boxes were all forward tees and had not been moved for several days. To make matters worse, all the tee markers were together so there was no option for golfers to chose based on their ability. Duly noted,... More

We played one of the first twilight rounds 3 days after they reopened the course following fall maintenance. The maintenance issue should have been fine since they warned us both on the website as well as at the starter shack, but they did not explain just bad the conditions are. In particular the greens have been punched with heavy sand... More

This coarse has been one the of best places I have ever golfed. The coarse is wide open and along the coast line for great views. A must place to golf if your in the area.

I try to drive by every time I'm in San Diego. The views are out of this world and there is a great lunch spot at the lodge that is reasonable to grab lunch.
