Ochheuteal beach is a beautiful and attractive beach, there are good beaches and there will be a lot of people, very friendly, very interesting, especially there are a lot of seafood and shopping there. Satisfied. But the beach does not seem to be well maintained, because on the beach there is still some rubbish and some dirty things that need to be prepared, I think if there is enough care and hygiene, this beach is really good. Great for relaxing, sitting watching the sunset or soaking up the fresh air here.

it's lively and full of attractions: shops, vendors, massage ladies etc but for me it is too crowded. and not so clean too.

The beach is full of trash and the whole city is just the saddest place I've ever been.. They have destroyed all the small businesses, trees, EVERYTHING. The city is a big construction site. You should not visit this city!

Whilst there are still beach bars and restaurants here they won't be for long. A whole bunch of new places are being built behind it. The beach is pretty clean but that's all it's really got going for it right now. I'd hold off visiting for at least a year.

We drove from the port at Sihanoukville. Cambodia is a developing country and does not have the infrastructure of other places in Asia. It is truly worth the visit just to experience it. The roads are very ordinary, (dirt, some bitumen and pot holes). To visit here you must have an open mind. Some beautiful buildings, mostly casinos and alongside it a building in disrepair. People are friendly and I have no doubt that eventually it will be OK. Chinese influence is everywhere and I don't think they care. The beach looks all right, bit of rubbish, and there were a few people in the water, I would not go in, being used to Australian beaches. Could be a great place with a bit of care. Lovely people.
