I visited this place in January 2017 with friends. This is a UNESCO world heritage site. A daylong visit from Rajshahi or Naogaon is suggested. This is also a picnic spot.

This beautiful Buddhist Vihara is a jewel of Bangladesh and the entire region of Bengal. It is highly recommended that you buy some books at the stall (run by the government) near the main entrance to know more about the historic architectural site.
