Choose site 20 or 21

Campsite 20 and 21 are the best. Beautiful location and farthest away from other campers. You even get your own hillside Trailhead access.

While it was a little bit chilly for some of my camping partners, I absolutely love the weather. During the day it was around 72, and night it got as low as 58. This made for very comfortable sleeping.

Absolutely no flying insects.

there were some raccoons in the area, but I didn't see them.

The camping area is less than a ten-minute walk from the beach. Stillwater cove Beach is a nice little isolated cove with some great geology and some beautiful sunset views.

The camping area has on-site caretakers that well give local information and make change for the pay showers.

Only complaint, there is a ridiculous policy sold as required for water conservation. Showers are only open from 4 to 7 p.m. . What makes this ridiculous, there are any number of other sources for water around the campsite.

Coastal Rock Climbig

Great exploring along the Pacific Coast highway. Hike down to the coast to climb across an amazing landscape of tidal pools and rock formations.

Nice little campground
Aug 2018 • Family
We were in site 20 and 21 which was perfect for 3 families. Also 22 and 23 would be a good choice for a large group. Those four sites are separated from the rest of the campground a bit.

There is a beautiful short trail right off the campground. Looks like fern gully. Also the little beach is a ten minute walk.

The firewood they sell is a little pricier than the stores nearby but they provide more so it’s worth it. Only one bathroom. There are showers.

Easy camping
Jun 2018 • Family
Park your car, pitch your tent and enjoy the ease of a short walk to the ocean and the blessing of hot water in the clean restrooms.

This basic regional county park is a step above basic but definitely not the Hilton.
If you need to nuzzle nature for a night or two this place won’t break the bank and it is not a hike to haul your gear to the site.

Sites as close together so you willlikely get to know your neighbor—or camp with friends so you know them :)

Small, Quiet and near hiking trails and ocean cove
Jul 2017 • Couples
We stayed at this little campground on PCH north of Point Reyes Station (approx. 70 miles). The campground has two small loops and is fairly quiet. The road is not too far away but as a result of the trees the highway sounds are not too bad. The toilets are clean but there is only one building. It is possible to shower.

We checked all spots and some are better than others. I believe that spot 10 is the best spot providing privacy and space.

The ocean cove and small beach is at walking distance and there are some hiking trails available from the campground as well.

Great little Campground
Jun 2016 • Couples
Had a free night at Sonoma County Regional Parks and used it to stay here. What a great place!

Beautiful campground, small with some good sites. Stillwater Cove is pretty and the hiking trail on the East side of the highway is nice.

Highway noise in many campsites and some sites are kind of tight with their neighbors.

This is just an excellent place to hang out and enjoy the beautiful views at this regional park in Jenner, CA. Whether you are down on the beach or up high on the cliffs the stresses of life just seem to disappear. Go and relax with a picnic lunch and it'll put a smile on your face.

Nice small camp ground
Jul 2016 • Family
So we came up the coast for the Fort Ross and stayed at this park. The camp ground is small but well maintained. The satff is friendly and helpful. The camp host and the ranger were great to work with, had a computer glitch on my reservations they helped straighten it out. Nice hiking trails to explore. There is only one restroom for this park, but they have hot water and utility sink for dishes! Raccoons are not a problem if you use the the raccoon boxes, we were fine we know better! Overall good times!

A great place to camp
Jun 2016 • Couples
We seen this place from across the street at Ocean Cove Lodge and decided to walk over and take a look. There are some wonderful spots up on the cliff overlooking the ocean that I would love to come back to.
