This place was jumping with festive diners taking in the ambience of the holiday, the music and food. Our reservations were at 6:45pm and it was completely filled. With 5 different entrees for the holiday dinner to choose from, they were already out of soup, the Crispy Duck, the bone-in twin Porkchops and the pecan pie. What was left was... More

We were in town for a conference. We had a free night so we went to The Nest for dinner. What a great place. The food was very good. From the Seared Ahi Tuna that I had to a menu with goulash and meatloaf. Something for everyone. We sat in the bar area and had dinner. The staff was so... More

We had a reservation for dinner & were seated promptly. Dinner orders were taken & then the server disappeared. After sitting for a substantial amount of time, we asked the hostess to find out server. (hostess should have seen we were being ignored because her station was within sight & it wasn't busy) We were given a different server but... More

This is the second time we have visited The Nest, we haven't been back in a long time and thought we would try it again. Besides being a big pickup joint they have a restaurant for the hungry. Prices aren't cheap so one would expect good food. I started with a Brussel sprout salad which was good. My main course... More

While visiting Palm Springs, we asked around town where we could go for some great food and entertainment. The name "The Nest" kept coming up. So we took the advice and checked it out. The menu is comfort food to upscale. Prices are reasonable. The quality of the food was outstanding. I had the Chicken Milanese with Risotto and my... More

Interesting atmosphere: a mixture of modernity and times past, style and kitsch, family restaurant and... Some in my company found it depressive, others funny, though there was some defiant elegance in it as well. Service was professional and helpful. Wine (their Malbec) did not work out for me. The food is overall good though, and that is most important: the... More

One of our must do's when we are in town. Visited in May 2016 with really bad results. Gave another chance last night. So glad we did! Impeccable service, excellent food (we had cabbage rolls, crab cakes, pasta and a rib eye), great music. We had a blast watching people and dancing!

And very good food. Been here a few times for very good meals in the restaurant and then next door for some after dinner drinks and dancing in one of the busiest bars in town. Always fun people watching dancing and partying with an older crowd. Good times and always entertaining!!!!!!

Clientele trying just a bit too hard. Depressing surroundings, sad menu. Were we really at the same place that received all the great reviews?

We were here on a Saturday night and it was hopping. All ages and I mean 21 - 80! Two different rooms with dancing. A piano bar in the main bar and a DJ in the back room. We had a great time.
