A quick trip...
Jun 2019
Geyser Falls is nicer than what I thought it would be. Customer Service was very good. Not too crowded, where you had to wait in long lines. A quick trip to begin the summer or a quick trip to end the summer.

Worth the Day Trip

It's cheaper to get tickets online UNLESS you are a veteran/active military, first responder or teacher. We paid $27 per person (up to 4 people) at the window (July 2019). However, I would call beforehand to confirm this pricing in case something changes. Standard Locker is $10, Tubes are $5. You need a credit/debit card to rent the locker at a kiosk. The rented tubes are only allowed in the lazy river, wave pool and beach area, no slides.
You can't wear water shoes on any ride, but we just left our shoes at the end of the slides.
There are only 3 slides you don't need a tube or mat for, and the tube slides are all require double tubes, but you don't have to have two people to ride three of them. You will have to wait in line for a tube, then wait in line for the slide every time you slide. Don't be that guy that tried to keep his tube to ride again and leave all the people waiting hanging.
All of the slides are fun, but be warned: they do not keep the tubes very well inflated. I hit my back on a raised piece of the Backsplash slide because of a slightly deflated tube, it only happened once, but it almost ended our day.
The wave pool is very docile, but can get very crowded. The lazy river is a lot of fun, even if you don't have a tube. The waterfall was my son's favorite part.
The food is satisfactory and not overly expensive. Be prepared to wait in line longer for a cheeseburger than you do for any slide. Those kids are not in any hurry, but there is plenty of time during operating hours to spend at each attraction, so don't let them frustrate you.
The park is overall a great day to spend a day, with options for all ages. It's defiantly the best water park in MS, and worth a trip or two a year, if this is your sort of thing. The pros outweigh the cons.

Kids got season passes for Christmas at very reasonable price. My kids are not dare devils so the slides are just right for them. Not “thrill” rides. I love the wave pool and the beach area. Visited Beach Club for lunch today, however, and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences ever in my life! Wait outside by sign, employees come and go in and out and none even acknowledge you. Went inside to hostess, she said yes someone will be w you shortly. Two more families arrive and wait. More employees in &out w out speaking. Finally, a man perhaps manager comes out and seats the three groups. Was told Alisha would be our server. Wait. Wait. Wait. No Alisha. Look through window and employee is standing there watching tv! Go inside, ask for Alisha. Alisha is eating chicken wings on other side if restaurant. I tell her 13 people are waiting to have their orders taken outside. Alisha comes and take our order and another families order. Brought kids drinks in about 8-10 mins. No mixed drink for me. Literally 25 minutes after I had gone in search of Alisha, I finally got my drink. It came out w our food! We ordered two orders of rings. Had to ask for napkins. No ranch. No ketchup for fries. No refills on drinks. Family #2 food arrived just after ours but guess what? Dad’s food order was lost somehow. Family #3 experience similar. Family #4 had arrived shortly after we were seated. We had finished our food before they ever even got their drinks! Paying bill was yet another fiasco. Finally had to go inside in search of Alisha and my debit card. 12 people seated inside including 3 at the bar and 6 employees wandering around! While I waited, another couple came up to the bar. Neither of the 2 bartenders even spoke to them the entire time I was standing there! No “I’ll be w you shortly” or anything. It was like they were invisible to them! It is just absolutely unreal how bad the service is in this place! If you choose to go anyway, you can’t say you weren’t warned!

waste of money
Jul 2019 • Family
STAY AWAY... Its not worth the money for the drive to get there family of four cost me almost 200 just for entry. Long lines due to lack of slides but the worst part of this place is food. I have gone to the food area took an hour to get to the front and order. I decided to try the restaurant this time waited 20 min for a table not to bad however here is where the trip took a turn. We waited for 30 min before anyone came to get a drink order we only got our drink order because I had to go to the hostess stand and ask when can we get drinks. Someone brought us drinks then proceeded to wait another 15 min to get a server. Half the restaurant was EMPTY and they had a line backed all the to the concrete for entry. One lady waiting was upset over the fact they had to wait but half the restaurant was empty. I felt bad for her but here I am waiting 45 min and still no one has taken my order. The manager starts trying to get people to a table at this point I stood up and walked to the front and stated and I did apologize to the lady who was upset I told her she would understand where I was coming from in two min she let me proceed. I further explained that you do not sit another table until we have someone to take our order you have no reason at all to why we have no. Manager had no words finally someone comes to take our order and can we say RUDE. I have no desire to go back to that place. SAVE YOUR MONEY TAKE A WEEKEND TRIP TO BATON ROUGE AND GO TO BLUE BAYOU (NOW THAT IS AN AMAZING TIME AND PEOPLE ARE HELPFUL THERE)

Not worth the money
Jul 2019 • Family
Horrible food service. They charge $3 for ice water and you have to wait for thirty minutes in line to even order water. On a hot day in July- this is dangerous. The concrete is far too hot to walk on but none of the slides allow water shoes- making it almost unbearable to stand in line. The lines are horribly managed and the staff that man the slides take forever to load and unload riders. My theory was that they wanted to see the previous rider walk 20 feet beyond the pool before they would load another guest and then they waited another 30 seconds to allow anyone to ride. My twin sons are exactly 49 inches tall (the limit of the slides is 48) but depending on the staff member, they were sent down the line multiple times. Honestly, save your money. For a family of five, you will pay close to $300 for burned feet and tap water. I never post poor reviews but this was awful.

I have never seen worse food service in my life!
Jul 2019 • Family
I wanted to like this place and while the slides and pool, etc are fine. We waited in line for 45 minutes for crap food. I have been to a lot of theme parks in my life and I have never seen staff who cares less about moving the line along than these people. I hope the park loses business because you can bring your own food in and you have to wait sooooo long for their crap park food!
