Terrible! I waited for food while employees played and talked. The managers are so rued there. The teenagers do a way better job than the adults. I’m very disappointed I’ll never go back to the water park. The customer service is awful. You pay $40 and get treated like nothing.of course my kids will be hungry after playing but to wait a long time in the line and when you finally make it the adults are playing, laughing, talking

We got our season passes the weekend of Memorial Day and stood in a line for about an hour only to be told when we got to the front that we were in the wrong line and would have to go to the end. But the kind person let us in front of him. The manager, Rihanna was very rude and made a comment about how long everyone else had been in line. She and I exchanged words where she continued to argue. I was raised not to argue with your customer. Then yesterday, June 12, 2022, I took my daughters and their kids and we first went to the My Tie Cafe, waited 20-30 minutes to be told they only had hotdogs and colas. We wanted slushes and nachos with cheese. The slush machine was ready and they had no cheese for nachos. Mind you they had only been open an hour. Then my daughter went to the other food place and stood in line for an hour and 10 minutes and only got fries and a drinks. About 4:00 the kids wanted ice cream. I get in line and stand there until 515. When I got to the counter the cashier said we are closing. Well I came unglued. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager but she wouldn't call one. Nadia was another cashier and decided they would begrudgingly fulfill our order since we had been there. A sign stating they close at 5:00 would have eliminated the need for the anger and disappointment. I would like to add there is not enough seating for people to eat. Many times a person is sitting there but not eating. Since I have season passes we will go back. But we will eat first or take a picnic lunch. And if I have to stand in line for over an hour to get a cup of water then I will not drink water while I am there. There needs to be some kind of water fountain or let us bring water bottles to fill up with water.

Use to come here all of the time as a kid, and now going as an adult this place has gone completely downhill. The employees are EXTREMELY!!!!!!!!!!!! rude, minus the Afo's cafe workers. We went on a Monday, and it truly makes me sad to see how this place is run now. Went online to see if there were any closures as well as looked at the sign at walk in, yet not a single thing mentioned the beach club was closed for the season? Which was a main part in going as an adult to also enjoy some frozen cocktails. I have to mention, please never go to the "beer cart" because anything they have on their little paper menu is wrong, they had about 4 options and the women working it will not even acknowledge your existence other than to see "we aint got that." Another thing i would like to mention, we had been going down the Mt. Everwet slides all morning, yet we get back up and a worker was just SITTING on the middle slide and wouldn't let anyone use it and wouldn't say why. Went right back up minutes later and a man said he wanted to go down and the worker let him and many others (with an annoyed look) which led me to believe he was just mad about having to actually stand up and lost his seat on the side of the top of the slide. I want to throw in that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the slide to begin with. This place is so nasty and don't get me started on the crowd that has now taken over the park. To think of how much money you have to pay to visit this place is astonishing. It's truly sad this was the best waterpark we had in MS, yet it's nothing but CRAP now. Do not go here!!!!!!!

The restaurant was closed due to “no workers”. Most all the shade in the park has to be paid for. The cabanas are a joke. Too many people pack into this water park. The lazy River is not a lazy float…. Kids and teenagers get in the lazy River without a tube and run and dive and wrestle. It’s miserable.

I saw NONE of the negative things I read ( I'm a nerd and read all the reviews ). The park seemed nice and modern. It was clean and in good working order. Nothing faded or shabby. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there on a Saturday, and nothing felt too crowded. We didn't have to wait in long lines for the slides or concessions. The line for the "food court" was a little long but def not an hour. The food was good, and you got a lot for 10 bucks. Lifeguards were everywhere and focused. It's such a big place that the parking lot can be full and everything is spread out so that you don't feel crowded. The water was clean and clear and pretty. They had complimentary bottled water throughout the park due to the heat wave. There is a great variety of slides there for kids and adults/teens. Loved the sandy beach pool. You do want pool shoes or flip flops bc the walkways get really hot. You can slide the flip flops over your wrists when going down the slides. The patrons were classy, and no one was rowdy or unruly or showing too much boob or butt. The "food court area" can be a little crowded, but we were able to find a spot. The restrooms were large and clean at the end of a busy Saturday. The cabanas looked really nice with lots of comfy cushioned furniture , a ceiling fan, and a big flat-screen in each. Beer and hard lemonade were sold at the beach area, but u had to stay in that area with it. Lockers are available for rent. We had a lot of fun and will def be back!! I would highly recommend!!

I wish I would have read the recent reviews before I took the family to this place of misery. While the slides are good, the rest of this park is terrible. Food lines were so slow and basically understaffed. Slide lines were slow and long. It was so crowded that you couldn’t move in the lazy river or wave pool. I echo the sentiments of the previous reviewer about seeing things that you don’t want to see. So much inappropriate attire. However the worst part was the poorly engineered walking areas. The concrete not only burns your feet, but also basically grates them like cheese all throughout the park. If you go, wear water shoes or plan to hold your shoes on rides. I personally think the name should be changed to Misery Falls.

We traveled 2.5 hours for my sons 3rd birthday, just to arrive and find out the park was closed. Website was not updated, or google with correct hours and dates. Spoke to the manager, who seemed to care less that we wasted time and money, or that it was my son’s birthday. She said “they have no way to update google”. Extremely disappointing. Several other vehicles were in line, with their kids, just to find out the same.

Very rude workers!
Attendants working the water slides didn’t speak or help kids get in tubes.
We waited an hour and 45 minutes in line for food. There needs to be more places to eat and definitely more places to get drinks with it being a heat advisory!
Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!
Will not be back!

Rude employees, 1 hour 45 minute waiting in line for for food. Bathrooms were some of the worst I've ever encountered. Kids loved it and the ride lines move fairly fast. .

We went Memorial Day. It was crowded but enjoyable. The lines went quickly. Food service was quick even though a long line. Overall we enjoyed it. They also revamped the kids area which was really nice.

Cons. The beach area water was FULL of debris. Wish someone would clean this before park opening. That would had made that area alot nicer to swim.
