We expected better from Roth Winery, but the tasting room experience was lacking. They have a wonderful selection of wine for sale but we’re only pouring very expensive reserves. We asked for others and were turned down flat. Completely disinterested sommelier. Maybe next year.

Friendly staff, good wine, reasonable prices, patio seating for your own picnic, and a beautiful wine cave are just a few of the things that we enjoyed and appreciated when we visited Roth Estate Winery.

Went here with a small group (3 total) and Brittany was our host. I found the winery a great mix of approachability, scenery, and solid wines. Every employee we saw had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed to like being there. This is...More

Allison was amazing at educating us about each of the wines we tasted. This was one of the best tours and tasting information I've experienced in my entire trip!!!

One of their slogans is adults at play and they mean it. There is a great outdoor area with games and seating. Unfortunately it was raining during our visit but the tasting bar still has a very cool vibe and the staff was knowledgable and...More

Roth Estate is a family-owned Alexander Valley winery crafting full-flavored wines, primarily classic Bordeaux varietals…and a chard or two…and I am a white winer!! The estate has beautiful grounds, but surprisingly the winery building is quite industrial-looking, a rarity among the estates and chateaus. There...More
