Based on a recommendation from a tasting host, we made the drive to Preston. The tasting was very laid back and nice but the grounds are what really make the place. They also grow olives and other fruits and vegetables and have chickens and many, many sweet cats on the property. A really peaceful, nice place to visit.

I love the winery. The shop sells bread and olive oil. The wines are great, and the staff is friendly.

We have been to Preston on a previous visit to the area and we're looking forward to returning. We enjoy the wines and the outdoor setting is lovely. Worth the stop for both!

I absolutely loved this place. This place is very picturesque with gardens in every which direction. They grow there own organic food, and actually sell it on the farm. Me and my husband bought a loaf of sourdough and a bottle of syrah and had a picnic outside. Loved this!!!!

Great place to picnic and enjoy their wines! Get some of the house baked sour dough, pepato cheese, wine and enjoy the tables outside.

Loved the sustainable farm surroundings and the view over the dry creek hills around. There is a charming garden where you can try out the wines you purchased and have a picnic, and a little store with product from their own farm (eggs are amazing!). However, I couldn't escape the elitist feeling and high prices similar to other big wineries... More

We loved the Viognier as well as the Zinfandel. You can buy bread, cheese and fresh produce in the farm store. We bought all the ingredients for a great picnic which we enjoyed in the lovely garden.

Lovely winery with much more to offer including fruits, vegetables, olive oil, bread and wine. What's not to like? And the grounds are lovely. Just opened a 2010 Petite Syrah and it was WONDERFUL!!! Can't wait to visit again and bring home more wine. Next visit we'll stay longer and enjoy the grounds and view more than last time.

My friends belong to the Preston Vineyards wine club, so we had the opportunity to attend a special dinner at the Vineyards. The event began with a cocktail hour: Preston wines, oysters shucked while you watched, and various hors d'oeuvres in a lovely garden setting. I took the opportunity to wander through the gardens. They grow everything there. I got... More
