About
We take great pride in creating a day of introduction and exploration, bringing our guests to smaller wineries that reside on the road less taken... these intimate and personal wine tasting experiences are borne of the relationships that we have created with winemakers and winery owners throughout wine country, and are the days and memories of which perfect vacations are made. Healdsburg Wine Tours can create a wine country tour to fit your specific needs and requests, or take advantage of HBWT extensive knowlege of the Healdsburg and Sonoma County areas to discover the hidden treasures and incredible beauty of wine country with our personality, charm and experience to lead the way.

The absolute best part of our wine tasting experience with Healdsburg Wine Tours was the personalization of our tastings. Sid was responsive and professional from the moment I contacted him and throughout the entire day of our wine tasting. I had wanted "off the beaten path" wineries and Sid delivered four very different stops that went above and beyond my expectations. It was a fantastic and memorable day. I highly recommend working with Healdsburg Wine Tours and Sid - you will not be disappointed!

Syd was the best. It was the best experience I ever had visiting the wineries. Syd recommended the wineries to visit based on our preference of wines and he hit it out of the ball park. The exceptional service from the wineries treated us like VIPs.

Sid is better than advertised! He spoiled our group of 8 60ish women from the Midwest for 3 days. He was there to open the doors, greet you with a bottle of water, and basically treat you like royalty. We contacted Sid to explain what we were interested in and he took it from there. From trips to multiple wineries where we received VIP service to the Redwoods and the Pacific coast - Sid was a wonderful host and made our trip carefree and enjoyable. It was great to get picked up at 10:00 and know all you had to do is enjoy your day.

A truly top-notch experience. Sid is engaging and knowledgeable. Not knowing much about the wines in the area, we left it to him to choose our destinations. Couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks to him, my wife and I enjoyed private tastings at two of three destinations. Plus, he arranged custom selections based upon our tastes.
Excellent wines, gorgeous vineyards, exceptional guide. Would absolutely book with Sid again.

The slogan on Sid Sadeghian's business card says, "It is all about the service" --- and we are delighted to report that he personifies this sentiment. We had exchanged emails before our trip, telling him what we hoped to experience (unique, small wineries; mostly reds; quality over quanity, and a nice spot for a picnic somewhere along the way). Sid took us to Lancaster for their unique cave, Medlock-Ames for their hollistic approach to substainable farming and wine production, a great talk with the owner of Wilson-Fleming on "taking what the vineyard gives us" (and that would be the best cabernet of the trip), and a candlelit tasting with the owner of Garden Creek. I highly recommend that you let Sid and Healdsburg Wine Tours craft a personalized tour for your visit to Sonoma wine country.

My fiance and I were traveling with his parents, who are from the Netherlands. No one could decide prior to the trip if they wanted to do a formal wine tour. So...at the VERY last moment (9AM on the day we wanted to go), I called Sid and asked if there was any possible way he could magically grant the wishes of our family - behind the scenes tour of a winery, beautiful scenery and a bit of wine tasting. He said he would do his best - well he really did. He granted every wish that my fiance's parents wanted with the wine tour. Oh and did I mention that they speak very little English and he was gracious and patient while he explained things in English and we translated into Dutch. That is NOT something you would be able to do in a non-private tour. Sid took us to Robert Young and Medlock Ames. Bruce at Robert Young was wonderful in leading us thru the basics of the wine making process and giving us a peak into the cave. And the "behind the scenes" view over the valley from their farm - amazing. The parents were thrilled!! Steve & Cathy at Medlock Ames gave us a different experience with tasting the wines with some little nibbles. A wonderful time was had by everyone in our family and, in my opinion, would not have been possible without SID. Book your wine tour with Sid and know you are in good hands.

After a disastrous last minute cancellation with another service I placed a call to HWT. Sid had us booked in less than an hour and less than a day later planned our day which was 24 hours away! Extremely professional, but not aloof at all. Our day began promptly at 10am and we did 4 wineries. He arranged personal tours for the 4 of us and at each winery we were pretty much the only people there. We did tours that involved grape tastings, vineyard tours and production viewings (up close) not behind the glass viewing that some of the big wineries do. Each visit you could tell was planned! We met with the owners of some and just hung out which is a fantastic way to really learn about the business. Honestly, I could go on and on....They are a bit more expensive, but when I say every penny is worth it I mean it. I welcome off line questions. Sid, if you read this you truly made our trip special!

This was our second year with Healdsburg--Joe specifically. He made our experience extraordinary and showed us some places we would have never been to otherwise! Medlock Ames, Kachina, Benovia and more.

We went to the Healdsburg area and set up a tour with Sid to take us to some places we had selected. We were being picky about where we wanted to taste and didn't want someone else to make the selections. A after we were disappointed with a couple of our choices we told Sid the kinds of wines we enjoy and he took us to two places thatbwere the highlights of our entire trip, not just the day! He also took us to the most beautiful spot in the area to have our lunch, a place we would have never had access to if he didn't have a personal relationship with the winery. And I will also say that he seems to have a great relationship with all the places we went. Everyone knew him and kept telling us that we were in good hands with Sid. He also stayed late with us and helped us find any place that would ship our wine, after 5, on a Friday! He really made our day perfect and special and I really look forward to going back to healdsburg and doing another wine tour with Sid.... And this time wenwill let him decide every place we go!

We could not be more pleased with our wine tour with Healdsburg Wine Tours. Our driver, Michael, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to some of the neatest boutique wineries, was fun to chat with on the way, and really helped us feel comfortable and important. The moment we walked out of one winery, he was ready to open the car door and take us to the next. I feel like I learned more about wine in the short time I was on the road with Healdsburg Wine Tours than I've ever learned in 34 years! I cannot wait to book with them again in the future. Absolutely incredible experience! One other note: If you love wine and want an amazing experience, stay in Healdsburg and go on this tour. It will knock the socks off of any group tour you take in a more populous area (i.e. Napa).

My husband and I will be in Healdsburg next week, staying at the Grape Leaf Bed and Breakfast Inn. I am wondering if you are available to take us on a wine tour of the area next Friday - May 18th? Please let me know if you are available.
