While we specifically came to Cayucos to hike this park, it is by far not the only place to hike. We were thrilled with our hiking choices and wished we'd have had more time to explore others as well. While this is a very dog...More

Nice little hike through native grassland. Well maintained trail with spectacular views up and down the coastline from the bluffs. This is a must see if visiting the area or just passing through.

We hiked the 1.5 mile trail from the parking lot to the ocean on Father's Day. It's an easy walk with very little elevation gain on a wide dirt trail. We saw large wing span birds, lizards and a big shiny snake (not a rattler)...More

What a wonderful place to take a short walk, well for some it would be a short walk, for others it would be a hike, and for others it might be a trek. For me it was a nice walk to the coast and back...More

Well maintained hiking trail with gradual inclines and descents. A few well placed park benches on the path at good intervals. There is a restroom closer to the parking lot, once you get out past that there are no facilities. But unbelievable views of the...More

Fairly flat, easy walk to the ocean. Go early as the sun can get a little warm. Make sure you take some water and some snacks for along the way. We went in April where you could see wildflowers and the grasses were green. Great...More

At a wine tasting, we asked, Where do you walk? They said you have to check out Harmony Headlands. As we arrived, there was a park volunteer at the property. She explained about the park and a bit of its history. We then walked along...More
