Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled due to weather, which definitely was the correct call, but the early email communication and prompt refund speaks volumes about their customer service. Would definitely try to book with them again, if I'm ever in the area.

Great experience on this whale watching excursion! Easy for all ages and justenough--not too little or too much. Great staff that knows all about the sealife you will encounter. Also don't miss the nearby surf shop--it's a must!
