My wife and met at Loxton Winery with winemaker Chris Loxton for a very insightful tour of the winery and description of how he makes his wonderful wines. We visited many Sonoma and Napa wineries and this visit was the most memorable!
Second time here and pleased once again. Loved their wines but mostly came for the Port. We were lucky to have time to chat with the vintner and learned a lot. They are open a little later then some wineries so we had saved the...More

I believe it was $15 per person and you had 4 different wine tastings. They forgive the charge if you buy a bottle of wine. Now we were on a platypus tour bus 🚌 so I don't know if the policy differs for drop ins. Chris, the owner, was extremely interesting and informative. He even took us outside to the vineyard and gave a little talk. I don't think you will be disappointed in the wine or instruction!
