At Benziger, we're about three things: family, great wine and healthy vineyards. For more than thirty years, we've farmed our ranch on Sonoma Mountain and searched Sonoma County for the most distinctive and expressive vineyards. Once found, we tend these sites using certified Biodynamic, organic and sustainable farming methods. The result is a portfolio of authentic and memorable wines. Our Partners Wine Tour will satisfy the palate of any wine enthusiast. This tour provides a behind-the-scenes look at our Biodynamic estate vineyard and wine caves and finishes with an exclusive wine tasting of estate wines.

Our party of nine agreed this was our favorite stop of our wine touris! We paid the $25 for the tour through the Vineyards. It was very cool to see up close how this Vineyard works. We really liked our guide, but it was very rushed at the end, including the tasting. So we didn't feel like There was time... More

We enjoyed our wine tasting, including a few wines that were not on the list. Our pourer was very knowledgeable about the eco-sensitive types of farming, the locations of the various vineyards, and was happy to share that with us. It can get a bit busy, but we arrived toward the end of the day and had plenty of space... More

We took their tour on a vehicle pulled by a tractor through the vineyards. Very scenic, informative, and fun way to find out about their organic approach to making wine. Nice stop along the way under the trees to sample Chardonnay! Tour costs $25 but gets you the 45" tour and sampling of 5 wines along with complimentary tasting at... More

We only had time for one but the Benziger tours allow you to also tour their other nearby facility. Our guide was great in a little open cart, stopping and inspecting some of the facilities. The grounds are lovely and the evolution of the winery into the biodynamic model makes an interesting story. And even if you're indifferent to the... More

Very much enjoyed our tour of the vineyards and wine caves with Terry, our guide. Very interesting to hear about the biodynamic farming on the estate and of course to taste the wine at the end! Welcoming staff who are happy to help with all questions/requests. Lovely picnic areas for all to enjoy. Would recommend.

Had a great time touring the vineyard. Learned a lot about biodynamic farming and enjoyed the tasting room. Even found our way into the "lab" and had the chance to talk chemists who provide the science behind the wine making. Not a spot where guests are supposed to venture but they were very courteous and tolerant of us wandering tourists.... More

We had a great time at Benziger. Gary gave us a very interesting tour. We were very interested in the biodynamic farming methods used by the Benzigers. They are at the forefront of sustainability. The wine cave was also very interesting. These folks have gone full-in with their vision. We really like the wines we tasted after the tour. The... More

Let me first start by saying that this is my first time in wine country. We arrived in SF today and drove to Sonoma and arrived just in time to start our wine adventures in wine country. We chose the partners tour and tasting which was $50 per person. Our host Alec was nothing short of outstanding. He took us... More

A beautiful winery on the outskirts of Sonoma. We stumbled across this winery and weren't disappointed. Fantastic service from Iris to explain the history of the winery, the vineyards and walk us through some wonderful reds. We loved our visit and were pleased some of the wine made it back to Australia where it will be enjoyed on the next... More
