This grove is your first taste of the Redwoods as you travel north on 101 from Garberville. They just keep getting better as you go.

This place was beautiful and serene seems we had the world to ourselves for a day. We didn't prepare for a bbq but they do have picnic tables and grills. I can't wait to visit again.

We came late, like at 6pm but were allowed to get in for free. Visitor Center closes at 4 but there's a nice interpretive retail and of course, lots of redwood trees
